Overhead, an early bird called to it's mate, waking Asianne. Her eyelids fluttered open slowly yet she lay still for a few more moments. Having such a long sleep refreshed her, and she turned her head to look at the stag. He was watching her, and she felt slightly embaressed to have slept longer than he. Nevertheless, it seemed they both had a good night's rest.
Light rays shon from beyond the clifftop regions. It was still early, and the other creatures of the island were stirring. Asianne rolled onto her side, then raised herself to standing position gracefully. She shook her ruffled coat, disposing of the grooves in her pelt from lying down. Looking at Lassan, she waited for him to do the same.

Lassan looked around and finally returned his opticals to Asianne's sleeping form. After a second or so she open her orbs and looked to him. She appeared to have had a wonderful nights sleep. He knew he did. Lassan watched as the vixen rolled onto her side and got up from the hard ground. She shook her dusty coat and looked to him waiting for him to to get up.
He placed his front pillars under him and pushed up. When he was halfway up he pushed with his hindquarters, leaving him standing the spot where he was laying just a few seconds ago. He too shook off his ebony coat. He looked to Asianne and said "Did you have a good sleep?" He looked around and realized that it was still very early. Most of the other island animals were asleep still. "Would you care to get something to eat?"

Listening intently as he spoke, she began pawing the ground softly. "The sleep I had was wonderful, thankyou, and yourself?" Asianne's stomach rumbled loudly, and she laughed."I guess that's a 'yes' to food! Since my arrival, I haven't had a moment to graze."
Walking a few steps to find grass that hadn't been flattened by their sleeping forms, she began cropping the grass contently. Upending the roots from the earth, she chewed softly, keeping her mouth as close to closed as she could, trying to look proper in front of Lassan. Asianne swung her head upwards in a quick, sweeping motion. "Is this spot alright for grazing, or would you like to find another place?" she asked the stag.
OOC // P.S., the "modification" was because I forgot to close the bold tag.

"I had a wonderful sleep. Probably the best I've had in the past week or so." he responded to her question. What he said was the complete truth. He had not slept well for the past week or so. Lassan's audits flicked as Asianne's stomach growled for food. He was quite surprised that she had not grazed since she had been here. He watched her as she moved over to a grassy patch that had not been flattened and she started to grazwe. Her head shot up as she looked to him and asked if this was an OK spot to graze. "Yes this is fine." He replied. He took a few steps in her direction and brought his ebony dial to the earth. He smiled a bit as Asianne tried to chew with her maw shut, to look proper.
"So Asianne what would you like to do or see today? There is much more of my land. So much that even I have not explored the whole thing yet." he had ventured through parts of this mighty land he called home, but he knew that he had only seen a small portion of it. He flicked his ebony banner at flies as the orange orb of the sun rose and began to turn bright, blinding yellow as it always was. There were a few white poofs of clouds dotted here and there among the sky. It was a nice day.

Asianne continued grazing, listening to Lassan's soft vocals. Curiosity played with her mind, and she pondering where to explore. She was certain that she wanted to see more of his territory, but was unsure of where to start.
"I-" Asianne paused to swallow the food in her mouth, then continued. "I don't mind where in this beautiful terra we explore, so why don't you lead?" She didn't mind where they went, so long as Lassan was there to guide her.

His auds flicked to Asianne as she spoke. She said she did not care where they went and for him to lead. After they had finished eating, Lassan motioned her in the direction that he was headed. As they walked alaong Lassan said to her "Well first I'll lead you through a small patch of jungle and onto the mountians."
