Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO The scenery ran red. There weren't thousands of different hughes of emerald that painted the leafy terrain, but there were a million shades of red. Even the wintry pale blue sky was tinged in crimson. The fury he felt had taken over everything. No longer did the brute feel anything but the rage that had begun when his life was turned upside down, first by rival males who had taken over his herd and then by the one thing in his life he thought he would always be able to count on. She, he mentally spit the word out, had betrayed him, taken out his heart and trampled over it. He had loved her, promised her everything and yet she found solace in another.
The thundering of his hooves sounded like a raging storm. Nothing was an obstacle for him when he was like this. Whole branches snapped as he rammed his nearly 1300 pound body into them. Rigid muscles flexed as he pushed himself to the limit. He had to escape the land that had brought him so much hurt. Perhaps one day he would get over everything that had gone on. Maybe one day he would meet another mare. One who would capture his heart. One who he would give even more of his love to. But for now, all he cared about was leaving the lands he had called home for all of his 8 years on this Earth. The herd border finally behind him, he suddenly felt free.
His pace didn't slow until he reached the beginnings of a territory that smelled unfamiliar to him. The number of equines that had passed through these lands was remarkable. His delicate nares picked out the smells of a couple equines who smelled alike. Probably herd members. And yet some where altogether different, carrying scents from far away. Harks pricked, searching for the call of another. His temper was still boiling, but he had a feeling that once he met a new face, that would fade away. Royal blue occs swept the horizon, waiting for that familiar shape to come into view.

She learned the language and she learned to fight But she never learned how to beat the lonely nights Lonesome Dove, Lonesome Dove. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo Lonesome dove heard a call from another equine, but something was different about this call. It was almost as if she has heard it before.. She had heard it before. her orbs widened, and her heart began pounding in her chest. him. What would he think of her now? Did he hate her? Did he just want to see her again? Did he still love her? Thoughts like those raced through her head as she raced toward the sound. She didn't know what to expect, a monster, or heartbroken lover. She began to question whether she should run to him or not, for she was almost certain he would be enraged.
She was now right behind a small hill and once she reached the top he could see her. What would he think to find her here? she closed her eyes and swallowed hard hoping for the best. She reached the top of the hill and saw him standing there, he was furious. ' Hello Shakespeare ' Her lyrics floated though the air like a beautiful song. She couldn't help but feel horrible about leaving. But what if he never returned? Had he been looking for her? or just happen to run into her? She didn't dare walk closer to him now, for he was too angry.
Her blue orbs stared down at him, time and time again she had though about him, and now he was right here in front of her. but they were a thing of the past, she had told herself she was going to move on, but seeing him again seemed to change all that. Her white bodice stood out against they gray sky, as she stood there not knowing what to say or do.

Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO His swiftly moving form came to an abrupt halt. It was a sight he hadn't even considered seeing now that he was in Isola Dei Dei territory. Thinking he had left everyone he hated in the past, he was ready to move on. Maybe find another to capture his love interest, but there she stood. For the slightest second, his resolve faltered. Her beautiful form contrasted with the darkening sky. There she stood in all her grace and power. Like he had pictured her for so many months after he had found her with him. The thought of that brute immediately stopped his softening emotions and again he was furious. Had she followed him here?! Was there no where he could escape her?! He snorted in frustration, cursing her existence.
His brow pierced downward, glaring at her with the same occs that had once reflected to her his undying love. The pounds of muscle that he had built up from running so far shook with fury. He knew he had to keep his temper in check or something was bound to happen and as much as he hated her in that moment, a piece of his heart ached over her presence. He might possibly kill himself if he ever harmed her. Even now after everything she'd done to him. Dove. His tone was laced with forced indifference and anger. He couldn't trust himself to say much more, or he might regret it later. Auds had involuntarily folded flat atop his noble crown. Every facet of his features were lined with strained self control and anger.

She learned the language and she learned to fight But she never learned how to beat the lonely nights Lonesome Dove, Lonesome Dove. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo The poor mares heart ached, and she was filled with guilt for leaving him. But what if he had died? was she to wait around for his return when in reality he was dead? Why was he so mad? He surely wouldn't have waited around for her to return, would he? She couldn't seem to justify her reason for leaving but what could she tell him, that she was sorry? of course that wouldn't make everything right.. I didn't know you were still alive.. I thought that.. She shuddered at the thought of him being gone she always had, and now that he was back, she seemed to have that same burning love for him.
Her lips quivered as if she wanted to say something, but she didn't know what. There was nothing, absolutely nothing that she could say that would make everything right again. She just couldn't tell him she loved him. She had promised herself to move on, She had promised to leave him in the past, but it just didn't seem so easy. I'm sorry.. she said in a barley audible voice. The femme took a few steps closer to her long lost love and halted. She could help but fear that he might do something to her for breaking his heart.
Lonesome Dove shivered as a cold north wind whipped through the valley. It had been getting colder, it was obvious it was now autumn, and winter would soon be upon them. The beautiful colored leaves on the trees would be gone, and a cold layer of snow would cover the ground.

Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO The singing vocals floated down to him once more from her position on the hill. That I was dead? He finished her sentence incredulously. So immediately you go romping around with the next stallion you meet? He could have sworn that her love had once meant something, but it was hard to be sure now. I'm sorry. Such easy words, yet they had power beyond anything. His temper fell a notch. It was hard to be so angry with her. His heart couldn't deny that the sight of her stirred in him the emotions he had fought so hard to repress. Yes, by some miracle I did survive. He spat the last word as if it didn't mean anything. And to him it didn't. Surviving was nothing without his other half. She had taken a piece of him with her when she left. And then I came back to you, to be with you, but you'd already found someone to take my place. His chest ached as he spilled it all out.
She stepped forward, and he fought the urge to close the gap between them as quickly as he could. He longed to feel the brush of her satin pelt against his. Her warm, but at the same time, sweet scent that called him to her from miles away. He was pulled back into a stream of memories...her velvet muzzle against his hide, her silken tassles splayed across her facade after galloping, that breathtaking smile that melted his heart each time she displayed it. His own kissers hardened into a tense line, forcing back the words that he wanted to say to her. I still love you. But he couldn't, no, he wouldn't put himself through that again. He was sure that just for a moment, his true feelings fought there way into his burning orbs. His subconscience hoped beyond all hope that there was some way she still loved him too. He mentally shook the thought. If she still loved him, she wouldn't have been with that other.

She learned the language and she learned to fight But she never learned how to beat the lonely nights Lonesome Dove, Lonesome Dove. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo Lonesome Dove was almost shocked to hear him say such things, he had never said a cross thing to her before. Now it seemed as if it was the only thing he could say. Dissapoint me?! How dare you say that! You were the best damn thing that ever came into my life! I was crushed when I thought you were dead! But I wasn't go to let my life slip away, I wasn't going to stay there if you would never return! She spat at him her lyrics were cold. I thought you'd want me to be happy, but I suppose I was wrong. I supose you'd want me to waste my life away waiting for you? Oh, Well I'm sorry "Mister Perfect". She looked away from him. She thought seeing him again would be wonderful, it would be happy and joyful but it turned out to be a horrible fight. She couldn't tell him she loved him, even though she thought about him every day.
She just wanted run to him and nuzzle his beautiful chest and whisper she loved him in his ear. She wanted it to be like it had been. When everything was perfect. When everything was going well. She wanted to have been queen of a land, and have a few foals. Oh how she wished it was perfect, but life was far from perfect, especially hers.

Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO But you aren't wrong!! He wanted to scream. How could you think that I would want nothing but your misery?! Gaze burned with a passion that had switched from anger to unconditional love. Had he truly died, he would have wanted her to move on with her life. But he felt different because he hadn't really died. He was still here and he now had to deal with the fact that his love was lost to him. His muscles flexed, eager to rush over to her, press his bodice against hers and comfort her.
Maw opened for a moment as if he was going to say something, but it closed again after only a moment. This was his chance. It had to come out right the first time or he would surely loose her again. But the question was did they even belong together anymore? Fate had certainly shoved a nasty wrench in their relationship, severring it. I would be lying to you now if I told you I didn't still love you. His tone was calmer, finally having composed himself, though it was riddled with emotion and pain. But I don't know what the future holds for us. Either they would become enemies, fated to hate eachother until their demise, or they would become indifferent and wind up never speaking or seeing one another again, or they would fall back into that sparkling whirlpool of passion they had once been submerged in.
Weary occs surveyed her reaction. There was still that angry monster, trapped for the moment in its cage, but itching to be released and strike out once more.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo Dove pressed her ears forward as she heard him say he loved her. But she didn't know if it would work out between them, but fate seemed to bring them together again. Maybe it was the right thing. And then again maybe it wasn't. I agree.. she hung her head, not really wanting to reply to the " I love you" statement, but her heart longed for him she just couldn't keep it to herself.
She broke into a canter and in what seemed like seconds she was at his side again whispereing to him I love you.. She touched her muzzle to his back, and a shiver went down her spine. I don't know what the future holds for us either, but fate has brought us together once again, we can't ignore that? She said looking into his beautiful blue eyes. She wanted him as her mate. She wanted to love him. She wanted to bear his foals. She didn't want to fall in love with anyone else.

Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO As suddenly as his mood had shifted, her form was approaching him, her features shaping themselves before his gaze. He marveled at her beauty. She had barely changed. His heart fluttered, speeding as the length between them got increasingly smaller. And soon she was at his side, her familiar caressing touch moving the length of his back. Her breath was sweet. The satisfaction in hearing her repeat the sentence back to him was overwhelming. Their future had once been so full of hope. A lifetime mate, many foals that would bear a cross of their appearances, and decades of happiness. Had it, like she said, been returned to them by fate? Was this their second chance? He had a feeling their relationship might be on pins and needles for a while, but the thought of losing her again was worse.
A gentle smile wormed its way onto his hardened façade. I’ve missed you so much. It was just a whisper. For her ears only. His muzzle brushed her shoulder, pink ribbon slipping out to give her the lightest kiss on her withers. The hardened wall around his heart was slowly crumbling, yet he still felt the need to keep his heart guarded. He was so frustrated with himself. Trapped between wanting to run from getting his heart hurt again and wanting to be with the only one that completed him.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo Dove loved his touch, she loved everything about him. She wanted to pick up where they had left off if it was possible. She whispered back ' I missed you too ' She ran her muzzle down his spine before taking a step back. She was almost afraid to ask him if he wanted to have a foal.
She looked at the ground for a little while then back up at him. She looked into his beautiful eyes. She whispered in a barely audible voice ' So how do you feel about a foal? ' Her gaze switch back to staring at the ground. She maybe didn't want it now, but in the future, she just wanted to know what he thought about it.

Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO A pained look replaced his features. How often he had thought of a foal with her and yet they had only just reunited after that painful separation. Honestly, that hadn't been the farthest thing from his mind, but still...he wasn't at all sure of where they stood now. He was torn in two. His body pulling him in one direction, his heart in two directions and his mind caught somewhere in the middle. Talk about a headache. Nares expanded as he sighed, gaze holding hers as the minutes past by in silence. In the deepest depths of his heart, he knew that she did and always would hold his heart. So what the hell?! He argued with himself. Why not love her again and give it a shot. What had he to loose that he hadn't already lost before. Though this time it might involve a physical piece of him...a foal with his genes. His heart already swelled with love at the thought of a foal produced from the star-crossed love the pair shared.
His brow furrowed as this internal battle continued on, raging inside his crania. You can't imagine how much I've wanted that. He sighed once more, deep and painful. And I still do dammit! He cursed, somewhat under his breath, though it was still loud enough for her to hear. That loving gaze touched her facade once more, occs flashing from confusion to burning love and passion in an instant. I'm not rejecting you, because there's no way in the world I possibly could. He paused for a moment before continuing. I'm just saying not yet. His heart thumped louder. Maw traced her figure, lightly drawing circles on her barrel as he resisted the urge to go back on what he'd just said and do it now.
//ooc: vel put no breeding now, so i worked his reply out to fit that.
