She learned the language and she learned to fight But she never learned how to beat the lonely nights Lonesome Dove, Lonesome Dove. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo Dove felt her her heart which was now pounding in her chest sink as he said he wasn't quite ready yet. She wasn't angry, she wasn't upset, just maybe a little bit dissapointed. But she understood, and besides it was very close if not already winter. It would be terribly difficult to feed for two in the harsh winter months. Dove couldn't help but feel some-what rejected. It was just, she thought if she ever met him again they could pick up right where they left off, but that wasn't the case. Oh well, They were together again, and that was all that mattered now.
She stepped closer to him and nuzzled his gorgeous neck. His hair was growing thick for the long cold wilnter months ahead. She felt so overwhelmed with many different fellings, she was no longer lonely, yet she felt somewhat rejected. She felt happy yet some what angry. It felt like her emotions were at war battling to see which was the dominant emotion.
OOC: yeah I just figured it would add some "drama" xD

Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO He watched her face fall. Emotions clearly reflected in her expression. She was disappointed and hurt, which he could understand. It had taken everything in his power to say no to her. How desperately he wanted to create a foal with her here and now, but a combination of them just meeting up again and the weather told him otherwise. You know I want a foal with you, love. He nuzzled her back tenderly. How long it had been since he had called her that…his heart gave a quick squeeze. Jaw clenched as her perfume washed over him, nearly drawing him in. Again he had to work at resisting her. Pools displayed a mixture of tender love and careful hesitation.
He wished beyond anything that they could just act like nothing had happened, but that wasn’t the case. His mind pondered where they would go from here. Neither belonged to a herd, as far as he knew. After all she’d been there before him, maybe she was already under the protection of another herd. Or would they simply roam the unclaimed lands, starting a little family of their own? Belonging to another herd would surely mean that the lead would breed her over Shakespeare. He felt the rage build up again at the thought of sharing her with another. A heaving sigh billowed from his nares. Such a complicated situation…

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo Dove felt her heart jump when he called her "love" It was the first time in ages she had been called that. She no longer felt the rejection, she knew that everything would be alright. But questions still hung her mind. They would need a herd for protection in the winter. It would be so very difficult to survive alone, just the two of them ' I know' She whispered back to him. ' You know we will need join a herd, it will be a long harsh winter and almost impossible to survive by ourselves.. '
She shivered slightly as a cold wind rushed through the valley winter would be upon them soon. The trees were be coming bare, and everything had lost its beautiful colors. The water had become freezing, and the temperatures had plummeted.
OOC: This could make an interesting plot with the breeding rights.. xD

Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO As much as it pained him to admit it, he could feel the harshness of winter arriving. There would be a slim chance of the pair surviving the winter alone. But what herd would they join? And once spring came, who would have breeding rights? He swore silently to himself as he weighed his options. Either way, it felt like he would be losing her again. Either to death from the bitter cold or to the love of another stag as he created his own foal with her. He had survived once without her, knowing that she was alive, maybe he could do it again so long as it meant they could be together. Her death was one thing he couldn’t sit with. No. They really had only one option.
His mouth formed a hard line as he admitted it out loud. I suppose you’re right. A difficult sigh seeped from his chest. Do you know of a herd we could join? Orbs scanned her expression, but it was hard to read. The wind had picked up, and he noticed Dove shivering. His bodice moved next to her, pressing his warmth onto her. Nape curled across her hindquarters, draping his dome over the other side of her bodice.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo Dove thought about herds that weren't too far from here. She didn't know any leads, she just knew of some lands. ' There is a herd near here, Morte.. I am uncertain who the lead is, but I know it is near here. Maybe we should go there? Dove stopped shivering as he pressed his body to hers. It was so warm, she didn't feel alone anymore. She was so happy to be with him again. Maybe once the spring came they could have a foal together just like they wanted.
She looked at him with loving eyes, she was incertain what the future held for the two, but whatever it was they would make it though. Fate had brought them together again it must mean something. They must be destin to be together.

Shakespeare OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO An unintentional shiver ripped through his body at the mention of the herd. A dark herd no doubt. Well, he could deal with it. After all, he’d acted like a dark these past couple of weeks. Quickly pushing those memories from his mind, he brought himself back to the present. Nares inhaled her perfume, his large skull positioned right near the base of her tail. She smelled just how he remembered her. It took every ounce of his strength to cling to his self control. It pained him that he had to resist this love he felt for her.
Lids closed for a short second, as his massive body drew in her warmth, trading it for his own. The chilled wind blew his banner against his hind pillars, tickling the insides of his thighs. Velvets rubbed against her hide before lifting so that he could speak. Very well then. Do you know the way? The sooner they got there the better, the winter would only grow more harsh as time passed by.
