name;; catalyst breed;; polish arabian x egyptian arabian x cavallo dell'isola [hielo] gender;; mare age;; four years height;; fifteen point two hands high coat colour;; sorrel mane colour;; light sorrel tail colour;; light sorrel eye colour;; ice blue markings;; white stockings on all four legs; a white blaze down her face; snowflake marking behind left ear alliance;; light with neutral tendencies history;; she doesn't like to talk about it... personality;; there's only one word that describes catalyst, and that is independence. out of all the mares in the untamed, she is quite possibly the only one who is brave enough to stand up to any stallion, king or pheasant. she learned to be independent from the time she spent in her father's herd, where mares were timid and stallions were strong. a rebel by nature, she loves to take the world head on and never backs down from any challenge, no matter what the odds are against her. however, despite her rebellious nature and need for independence, she is very kindhearted, and gentle natured. never one to place another down for any reason, she builds others up from the ground and makes sure they stay off of it. she trusts others easily, although with stallions it might take a moment, depending on their intentions... with one swift kick in the right place, she has made two stallions with unholy thoughts towards her infertile in her time on the earth.
with mares, catalyst acts as a big sister, treating them equally as herself, and always wishes to keep it casual between them and herself. she responds to them by name, and she has made it clear mulitple times before that she wishes to be called by name as well... although there are a few mares in the past which have been stubborn on this fact. with foals, she is very maternal, bringing them close to her and refusing to allow harm to come to them in any form. her instinict to be a mother is so strong, she will oftne go out and take in foals herself whom have lost their mothers. however, unlike mares and children, with stallions, catalyst is more reserved; harsh upbringings with colts and stallions have made her slightly cold towards them, although she still treats them equally. with time, she can warm up to a stallion, but most of the time they hardly stick around for more than a day. overall, catalyst is a truly remarkable mare who when befriended will stay a friend for life... but only if she can trust you to that point.
