[/color][/font][/right] kachina plodded along, her head bobbing rhythmically with her hooves. She watched the sun as it was sinking lower and lower in the bright blue sky. the sky was gradually fading into many different, beautiful colors. kachina had a tendency to wander whenever she got distracted. she was almost always distracted by sunsets, butterflys, you name it. on top of that she wasn't really familiar with the area, making it even harder to stay within the "good" lands. she wasn't too worried though. to her, she believed the world was good. there was some bad, but it didn't happen to her. she believed the good far outweighed the bad. she continued her leisurely journey through the unknown land. the warm summer breeze blew through her short summer coat, and made her mane and tail almost dance. she closed her eyes and took in a deep breath of the air. the tall grass gently bowed in the wind, it was tinted gold by the orange ball in the sky that was ever so slowly setting. the birds were flying and singing, all the small animals were scurrying, why not enjoy such a beautiful summer evening?
she threw her head in the air and broke into a slow canter. she watched as she quickly gained ground and the trees disappeared in the distance. she wasn't worried about a place to hide, or shelter, the sky was clear it was bound to be a crisp, clear night. she could already pictured the silvery looking stars against a midnight black colored sky. It was one of the most magnificent sights! She looked in the opposite direction of the sun and saw the moon starting to rise, it looked like it was close to being a full moon. a smile crossed her lips, she was so happy to be in isola. she wished her mother could be here with her. she missed the company of other equines, but days like this made up for it.
Come with me, come with me Ease your bad memories You made your choice Your so fucked up

[atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,false][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true]~ Ra'Zac - my demons lay in waiting ====
- A magnificent sight indeed; as the fiery sun disappeared behind the horizon, the brute found himself awaiting in rapt anticipation, audits raised heavenward as they awaited for the symphony of nocturne to play out. it was to be a clear night, filled with starry diamonds, and a brightly shining moon as well, his favorite time to be out and about. his arrat blood sung with the sounds of the nightlife as the crickets and the nighthawks broke through the silence of the waning dusk, and lady nyx covered the land with her blanket of darkness. crisp and clean, he inhaled deeply, basking in delight beneath the starlight as it danced over his slick obsidian robes, the glow broken by the warm breeze that caressed curious fingers throughout the leaves of the trees that towered nearby. echoes of wooden branches, stiff and unmoving, crackling against each other forcefully played a song all it's own, adding a new melody to the midnight cries. it was this that made him glad he was indeed a half-bred whelp after all; if he'd been a true navita, surely he wouldn't be able to enjoy the darkness like this, to feel so at home and so comfortable in the shadows of the moon and the stars and the comets. elegant boa stretching out, his muscles completely lax of all tension, this was home to him. fifteen seasons ago, one would've found a dark shaded colt hiding amongst the forests of his navita home, refusing to step into the light as his half-lineage took affect at last. back then, those shadows had been his home, the one he felt safest in - he was glad he'd left them behind; what else could compare to this? pistons stretched out in graceful movement, the half-bred stag started on a calm canter over the lands of allevare mettono, the mating lands of the isola islands. he didn't plan on being here really; but he wasn't about to turn around either. as far as he knew, the women of isola were gone by now, at least that was the case usually. in the darkness, a lone lady was easy prey for the beasts. therefore most simply returned to their private lands at this late hour. for the life of him, he couldn't understand why; if those romantic wishers wanted a setting, what was more perfect that this?
the brujo of onyx and ruby reveled in his home as he continued on his path, glossy black talons scarring mother earth as they led him through the area. grass whipped at his forelegs with each stride, catching small volts of energy with even the slightest of touches against his robes. the dark elemental halted on his path a few moments later, glancing up at the night sky for a moment before heaving a deep sigh through flared nostrils. he wished the night could never end, or at least there be a place where he could eternally revel in the darkness. he hated it when the dawn broke for the new morning. it was almost as if he had his home ripped away from him every day, only to return once again the next night. still, he put up with it, for now. others enjoyed basking in sunlight, and he'd endured the light each day for that reason. he trained himself, hardened himself, refined his craft, but he still had to get stronger, had to feel that adrenaline again. still, there were other ways to feel that thrill besides battle lust. he'd figured that out long ago. a shift in the wind, and his attention was driven from his home-time. nostrils flared, sucking in the breeze greedily; a delicate perfume laced in the moving currents. a woman in the clutches of heat. he breathed her scent again, adrenaline pumping throughout his stance at the mere action; a young maiden, close by, and so delicious. it had been three seasons since he last covered a woman, but he still remembered that sweet, succulent perfume every time. each was different; some muskier than others, some more fragrant. this one was fragrant. optics sparked to life, and ebonite talons set into motion once again, instinct driving him. three seasons was a while... perhaps it was time to break the streak.
he hadn't covered much ground when she came into sight range, a dappled thoroughbred maiden, her back towards his direction. shadows encased his figure as he watched, silently, observant. alert for any signs that he was not alone in his pursuit. there was no better way to get into a tussle than over a woman, and the right to claim her. if he was in for combat, he desired a gook look at his competition before making a rash move that could get him into trouble. for a long moment, he waited, patiently, anxiously, but not a soul approached. it was only he and her. 'perfect...' trademark smirk in place, the shadowed stag started his approach. he had to play this right; one wrong move, and she'd get scared away. he gave a wicker out to her, to alert of of his approach; his arcane mark glowed softly, faintly against his onyx robe, just enough to jolt a bit of static to the atmosphere. enjoying the sights, are we? he asked, silver tongue and smooth lyrics working their way through the air as he walked past her, close enough to brush his onyx threads against her dull brindled ones. he continued walking a little farther ahead of her, stopping and angling his dial towards the heavens. they are wonderful, aren't they? it was a rhetorical question; he didn't expect an answer, but would accept one if given. angling his nape back to turn his slender dial to the female, the stag raked his orbs over her bodice. hmm, yes, a fine maiden indeed. shouldn't you be at home, safe in bed? the night is when the demons awaken, you know. he bit back chuckle at his wording. demons, he should know, he was one.
ooc;; hope you don't mind me bringing ra'zac into the thread. unless you were expecting someone else? if that's the case, i can delete this thread.
