- ! - The small mare stood quietly on the edge of a small pond, violet eyes looking into it silently. Where was he? She hadn't seen him in months! After talking to him for an hour or two, she brought him here so he would have a place to call home instead of wandering around vulnerable and homeless. But since that day, she hadn't seen, heard or smelt a trace of him. Where was that stallion?!
"Frog?! A large smile appeared on her maw as she turned to look behind her. "Oh." Dark violet eyes merely landed on a young rabbit who had tumbled over a large root. "Be more careful next time, young one." Kibitala nudged the small creature with her maw gently. The rabbit nuzzled it's small cheek on her maw before going on it's way.
A smile stayed on the mare's face for quite a few moments before it eventually faded. This didn't help her situation at all! "Where are you, Frog?" The small mare whispered softly, looking up at the clear sky. Her heart ached for the painted little stallion! Why hadn't she seen him at all?

frog.
Frog had spent a long time traveling, after he met Kibitala. He felt that he was too young, mentally and emotionally, to take on commitment of any sort. A mare with a foal didn't want another child to raise, and thats what Frog was. At nearly seven years old he acted like a kid - playing and talking to himself with nostalgia for his foalhood days. So he slipped away and took some time gather his thoughts and improve himself. Hiding, but now, he was ready to man up and become something. All his life he had hid in the shadows in fear of being called out.
In the highest crest of spring he finally made his way to Terra Delle Liberta, in search of Kibi. If he could find her again and explain himself to her.. maybe she'd understand. He wasn't suprised that as soon as he entered the land, he found the small mare. For a second or two he watched her, gathering up the courage to greet her, and finally walked to her.
'Kibitala? It's me, Frog...' He bowed his head to her and remained in front of her by a few respectful feet.

- ! - Ears flicked curiously as the small, petite mare heard something approaching her little hideout oasis. Violet eyes glanced behind her quickly to see what it was, figuring it was just Fantasma or Cosette. But what she say was a two-toned equine, much like the stallion she had met months ago. She turned around to get a better look. It was then his voice hit her as if it was a wall of water.
A look of disbelief washed over her facade before a large, wide smile spread on her maw. "Frog!" Kibitala ran to him, heart pounding. "I've missed you," She whispered as she nuzzled him, ivory and ebony whipcord flicking happily. She whuffled, taking in his scent as her nostrils flared.
The small mare was happy, happier than she had been in a long time. "Where have you been?" She asked softly, stepping back to look at him.

frog.
He was in shock when she bolted to him in pure happiness - he figured he'd be scolded for his disappearance, but she was just happy to see him. He took in her scent like a sweet aroma and sighed deeply, appreciating what he hadn't had in so long.
But still, he pondered. Missed him? What was there to miss? Frog had never done anything wonderful to miss. This mare must really be one in a million to miss him, especially because any other mare he had ever met, he talked with once and never saw them again.
It was like that with everyone. He had no one to call upon. But Kibitala...
Really? Missed me? He said with a mixture of shock and proudness. I was just out thinking for awhile, how have you been?

- ! - The small mare gave a wide smile, tail swaying happily. "Of course I missed you! Why wouldn't I?" she asked, giving a slight puzzled look before nuzzling him softly. She retracted her muzzle, cocking her head slightly, ears flicking curiously. "Thinking?" She asked quietly, curious as to what he had to have been thinking about. "About what?" She blinked, two-toned tail flicking as she replied to his question. 'I've been good," She drew out, recalling anything that had happened. "Nothing major has really happened, I've been bored out of my mind. Fantasma my filly, has been out most of the time with Cosette, so I usually go to the waterfall forest." She shrugged, swatting at flies on her rump who's bites were becoming annoying.
Giving her pelt a shake, she attempted to rid the flies. Frowning, she looked back to glare at the insects on her. Where could they go to rid of this hideously annoying pests!? Pondering, she looking to the pond. "Wade in the pond to get rid of the flies?" She asked, motioning with a pink muzzle to the pond in front of them.

frog.
Frog's whole body lit up like an electric prod when she touched him. It had been so long since he had felt her touch and he had forgotten how much he adored it. When she retracted her feel he leaned towards her, closing any gap that the pair had had before. Kibi, I had to figure myself out. I was immature then, I wasn't ready to settle down for a herd. His light green eyes took in her every movement and his ears were fine tuned to her every word. He followed her into the pond to wade with his muzzle lightly gracing her barrel, not wanting her touch to fade away again. His tan forelock and mane fell all around his childish face, but his eyes were focused only on this mare. Because I wanted to ask you something. He moved to the front of her and lightly touched her muzzle with his own. I want to be around you all the time for the rest of my life, Kibitala. It feels right. His whole body tingled with nervousness but he was sure about his feelings for her, all he was ever sure of.
