Vari took a deep breath. The ocean lapped against the shore, the sky a light blue. Seagulls squaked overhead, crabs scuttled in the sand. It was perfect for Vari, her being a Nyfrio. Her whiteish blueish mane flapped in the breeze. Her blue bodice shifted as she stared out into the sea. Her white hooves settled in the sand. Her white tail slapped against her hide. Her icey blue eyes scanned the sea. Vari's white swirly markings gleamed in the sun. Vari was in a paticular mood. She was bored, looking for amusement. She aproached the waves, dipping her muzzle into the cold water. Her eyes fluttered, feeling water go up her muzzle and spread across her body. Finally, the water completly covered her, like she was in a light coat of armor. When Vari lifted her muzzle out of the water, the water covering her body fell to the sandy ground. She scanned the ocean once again before entering the water,the water again covering her body in a thin layer. When she was up to her knees water started to swirl forming what looking like a water tornado with her in the middle. She lifted her head up, closing her eyes as the wind whipped her mane all over the place. A smile crossed her maw as the water soothed her. The water torando followed Vari as she got deeper, so the water covered her legs. The torando died down until it was just a small circle around her.

Kin no Hitosu glared ahead as the rock colored pelt of his twin brother trotted fancily in front of him, flaunting the sleek looks. Hito's white, brownish-pink tipped messy mane and tail flowed heavily in the self created and slight sea breeze. No one believed the two were brothers until they saw their faces, were they share a leaf of the same look over different eyes. It was the only think they held in common. Hito loved his brother, but was always annoyed by his antics. They should be still at home, minding their own business, like any horse. But his younger brother was convinced that the two needed to not be home bodies and venture out. "Suru! Quit messing around! If you think are going to drag me around like I'm some rag doll, you can forget it. I may b-" Hito said as Suru, of course, had to interrupt with some smart ass response. But Hito wasn't paying attention. He was watching the water in it's odd activity. 'What is that?!' he thought with his brown eyes staring at the formation of water. Suru was still saying something to Hito when his brother finished is complaints, turned around, and saw what Hito was staring at.

Hankoo Shimasu performed an extended trot, smirking in his cocky way. He enjoy getting away from home. Nothing was better thank getting out, getting into trouble, and laughing about in the end. But Hito, his twin brother always had something to say or complain about. He was such a home body. Suru didn't understand why Hito liked it so much at home. Probable because his brother is a too-goodie-four-hooves. Suru turned to his brother with a look that said, 'Oh, just shut up already.' "Brother, why can't you shut up about being home. Nothing happens there. Too quiet. It's li-Are you hearing me, Hito? What in the devil are you..." Suru turned in time to see what his brother was looking at. "...Staring at... What in the hell is that?!" Suru said staring for a moment. "I'mma check it out." Suru said dead serious as he took off at a gallop across the beach no, ignore the shoats of Hito to stop.

Vari snorted as nothing happened, but that ended quickly by the approach of two stallions. She walked over to the beach, the tornado disappearing and the layer of water falling to the ground. She looked up as the black stallion reached her first. "Hello." She said, her voice soft and kind. Vari scanned the other stallion as he came."Beautiful day isn't? She added, nodding to both of them. She took in a deep breath, inspecting both of them. Twins. Vari thought, seeing the leaf marks. The waves seemed to become more violent so drops of water hit her bodice.

Hito stood for a moment, yelling at Suru to come back, but he knew it was hopeless to stop his brother. When did the younger twin listen to the older. Hito took off after his brother to catch up with him. It was an annoyance trying to keep an eye on his brother with him always taking off to investigate what ever he felt like. He finally caught up to Suru when his brother had stopped right in front where they they seen the odd formation of water, but in it's place was a blue horse, a Nyfrio he figured. But the usually respectful Hito, he stood there staring at her. She, for being a water-elemental horse, was beautiful. Hito didn't want to sound all love-struck to her, for that would be embarrassing to his manners. "It is a lovely day." He said, forcing himself to look at the sky hoping he had drawn attention to himself.

Suru watched the formation and noticed that a horse shape was inside the tornado of water. "Whoa..." He said silently to himself as he seen it dropped. It revealed a blue horse with a sea white mane. He smirked at the Nyfrio. He thought she was pretty, but when she approached them, her pleasant talking wasn't much his type. Or perhaps she was just being pleasant because that's just appropriate for this random meeting. He watched her walk up to the beach just as his brother caught up with. Suru looked over at Hito and saw the look in his eye. 'What the..!' he thought looking at his brother, seeing that his brother has taken interest in the female. And automatically, Suru felt threatened by this mare. The Toka twins were always together, whether they liked it or not. This mare could possibly tear them apart. Suru wasn't willing to have this mare ruin their brothership. "Hey. I'm Hankoo Shimasu. This is Kin no Hitosu. You are?" He asked in his atypical way.

Vari watched Hito, interested. When Suru said who she was she looked at both of them. "I am Vari." She said, the words sliding down her tongue. She easily liked Hito more then Suru. Hito seemed the more mature one while Suru was the joker. She shifted her gaze to Suru. He seemed to not want her here. She shifted her gaze back to Hito. She was suprised to meet his eyes. Time seemed to freeze as she looked into his eyes until she moved her gaze away."What brings you two here? Vari asked both of them, but made it seem it was directed to Hito. The sun hit her coat and it hit the water droplets, making her coat glimmer. She felt uncomfortable in the presence of Suru, feeling like she was not wanted. She took a step back. "It seems I am not wanted.Vari said, looking hurt. She looked at both of them,waiting for them to eathier send her away or let her stay.

Hito looked at Suru with a meaningful look that said 'Seriously, quit that.' But his brother never seemed to notice him. His brother was just defiant as ever. Hito sighed and turned his attentions back to the mare who called herself Vari. He couldn't help but stare at her carefully, still trying to draw attention to himself. With all his manners. He knew staring was a very impolite gesture. When she asked what they were doing out here, he heard his brother about to talk, sucking in the air to say whatever cock words that would fall out. "Umm... Nothing. Just out for the day." Kin no Hitosu spoke up. He didn't want his brother ruin this just because he's jealous. His brother knew he could never hate so much he'd pick a mare over him. But Hito did want something more in his life. As she noticed Suru's outward energy be negative about her and said something out loud about it, Hito and his brother spoke at the same time like they were little twin foals. "No." He looked at his brother for a moment and went back to her. "We barged into you. If anything, we should be the ones to leave." Hito spoke himself.

Suru started to say something but his brother spoke as he began to take a breath in. Hankoo Shimasu Looked at his brother now. That was a bit rude for Hito, but Suru knew what Hito was thinking. He stood there, shifting his weight of his black-grey legs from one to another. As she suspected she wasn't wanted, Suru had to switch the game up. He knew if he acted like he didn't like her, Hito would still fall for her. Suru needed to drive a wedge between the two, whether if he had to do it the hard way or not. "No."

Vari smiled at them. "Please stay. I have not had company." She said. She was feeling something. Something she hadn't felt in awhile. Love? Vari thought. That WAS the feeling. She looked around, and saw a patch of trees for shade. Starting to walk, she motioned them to follow. She thought she felt her brush Hito, but shook her head and continoued. When they reached the shade Vari leaned against a tree,trying to explain what's happening. She felt ill, and her sides heaved. Not wanting to be rude she turned to the two."Sorry about that. Well, what shall we do?" She asked.

Hito felt the the blue and white swirled pelt brush against him and the place of where he was brush twitched, not in anger or such, but the sensation left on his on pelt was one he couldn't explain. Perhaps it's because he never took affection willing. He wanted to work for it. It was the humbleness that his brother did not share with him. His brother took it when he could, when he wasn't getting in trouble exploring our too far and such. Hito shook his head as he followed her now, but his brother already understood Hito's thoughts., hence the reason he was already trotting up to catch up with Vari. The damned twin curse. The always knew when something was wrong, they could find each other any where, even though they didn't know. Sometimes, that could be a blessing, but at this time, it was a curse in his mind. Hito kept his pace at an walk, staying back, instead of being forward like his brother. He saw her stumble and sped up his pace to a collective, but even canter. He face was already worn with concern. Even though his brother still got to her first, since he was already walking with her, Hito still came up without stopping. Suru wasn't heartless enough to not care for someone else's well being, but he was still heartless for the family they came from. When Hito reached them, he could see the antics start already. Suru was playing off Hito's emotions. And he knew this was not going to end well for one of three.

Suru glanced over at his brother as he heard the mare called Vari speak. "Well, then we'll stay."
he said, disguising the voice in the sentimental, sweet boy voiced he used in a routine like this. He knew his brother already knew he was on his in his head, almost. Bless the thing of being twins. It made it so much easier to act. He stepped with her, at first trotting from behind since he let her get ahead, but then he caught up and slow to an even walk. He didn't bother to talk at this time. It was easier to fish them to you than force them to you. But when she back weak like suddenly, Suru showed his true concern. Even though this mare could take his brother away from him, Suru still had his moments of actual care and such. He lowered his head from his full height to the mare. "Are you okay?" |
[/color], he asked, not caring what everyone else though of this. But once she seemed to push it off, Suru still held some concern, but was back to his act. He looked down at her feet and seemed to stare there for a moment. It wasn't long before he gotten what he wanted, a starting of a plant, letting it grow out almost like naturally, other than the fact he willed it grow and be there. As the growing slowed, there was a single bud that start to come in and began blooming into a blue orchid. He looked at the mare, placing a smile on his lips and he winked at her before he stepped away a bit, looking around. "We could go... investigating. Exploring. Maybe find something fun."[/color] He spoke looking inland toawrd the rest of the island. "Hito and I both explored the island many times."[/color] He said, knowing his brother's thoughts was saying 'not willingly'. And that was more by instinct he got that message. She smiled at Suru. "Let's get going then!" She laughed, nudging both of them. She looked back at both of them and winked. She shot forth along the beach, the waves soaring up and around her, like a tunnel. She sped along, her mane and tail flying behind her. Sand flew behind her as she step forth. She finally stopped, the tunnel falling ontop of them. She grinned at them. "Where to?"
