Bald Face? Image: hurr First manip, soo yeah, blah >.> Alliance: Neutral History: Spirit had a hard life right from the start, he mother died during childbirth. Of course her father hated her for that. He believed it was all her fault, and she believed it too. She was frowned upon by her family and other members of the herd. She wished she could have been invisible, or maybe just curled up and died. It would have been so much better. The emotion damage was so much greater than the physical damage. At a year old she was kicked out, which was the best thing to happen to her since being born. She found another small herd to join, determined to forget her past and start over. Three years later she left to embark on another journey, only to find a few more horses, young horses who like herself had been kicked out. She 'took them in' and acted as a mother figure for them, something she so dearly missed as a foal. They stayed with her close to a year, then one by one decided to leave and start their own lives. After some more traveling, she ended up here, still trying to hide her past and start over. Hoping to one day be the mother she always wanted to her own child, and have someone to love her. Personality: Spirit puts up a wall, trying to prevent being hurt again. She may look and act cold, as if she doesn't care. She just doesn't trust very easily. She's quiet and reserved. But scratch beneath the surface and everything changes. She's quite motherly, perhaps trying to be what she always wanted to have. she's kind, gentle, and caring. She has a calmness about her that seems contagious. She hardly ever gets very angry. She likes to talk, and be socialable, though she may not seem so at first. She is very trustworthy, and trusting once she knows someone, but it takes time. Her one weakness would have to be foals, they're so innocent. She feels they should have it so much better than she did. She hopes to one day have one for herself. And to have someone who loves her, for once in her life. She's not much of a dreamer, seeing how all her dreams have been crushed. She'd rather just take things day by day then be disappointed over and over again. She has to be one of the nicest equines you would ever meet, if on'y you would spend the time to get to know her.
