Tilting her ears back even more, the ashen colored mare bit her tongue, as Killjoy spoke to her like she was some young filly. "Look here, little wench. I'd watch your smart mouth," the Zunden's tempered flared almost suddenly, the words lashing out in a hiss. Fire erupted from her legs, snaking around her body angrily. However, she took a deep breath in, the fire put out almost instantly. Malice flicked her mane out of her eyes, staring directly at Killjoy now. "Any more smart ass remarks?" Malice's body was tense, as if she was restraining herself from lunging at this new mare. This was a side Aiden wouldn't have ever seen before. She was only like this twice before, and both times ended with Malice severely hurting someone. Shaking her head, the ashen colored horse turned her head to Aiden. Even with knowing this mare's name now, it didn't better the Zunden's mood. "Great," was all that was mumbled out of the mare's mouth, and she was tempted to turn and head away from the pair. For some reason, Killjoy got under Malice's skin, and the ashen mare couldn't stand being around her for a moment longer. [bg=#000000] Keezheekoni was farther intrigued by the mare's harsh words toward her as well as actions, but she determined speaking in return would only offer her a chance of fight. Despite of being versed in her abilites, she was not ignorant of the ways of the world and therefore could easily tell when she would be outmatched. She exhaled easily, allowing the spark to disappear with the rest of her thoughts upon such a topic. As the owl's high call drew the attention of her as well, she searched for it, eyes sparking. If was, indeed, the first animal she had witnessed upon her arrival into the place with the exception of the Zuden. Her long tail flicked the barren earth as she finally turned her crimson eyes to Aiden, without question. She did not speak to him, for her words were not sorted in any order worth sharing, but her head swiveled back to the way she had come in wonder. Ear petals flicking forth with absent-minded acceptance, she allowed thoughts of her wanderings to captivate her attention while both others were silent. Her stance did not lessen, nor relax from its tense posture for many moments as she contemplated.

[bg=#583b3b] Aiden ears flattened against his skull as Malice continued her hostile behaviour toward Killjoy. What the hell was this? This was not even close to the Malice he knew. It was almost as if she had another personality that had emerged. Aiden couldn't care less if she acted this way toward a horse that was not a Zunden. This was different. Aiden didn't want her sour mood to start a small war within the herd. That would just lead to more trouble than it was worth. The fire lord decided to take matters into his own hands now. He marched up to Malice and stared her in the eye. "I suggest you change your foul mood, or keep you damn mouth shut." he told in her in a dangerous voice. Even if she was his friend, he was her leader and he would see to it that she remembered who was in charge.
