Aro The overo raised his head, rearing as his wild scream rang through the lands. On the rock, he waited for the members to show. Sand and ivory tail slapped, he snorted, looking up. A cold wind was blowing in a front. He wanted to ready his herd for the winter. Grass was to stop being wasted. He wanted everything the herd could spare, even though he knew the large lands could provide them. The land needed a better system, and this was what it was about. He was appointing all positions. And Kadence, he still didn't know if he wanted her Queen. He would speak to her privately later. There were foals due in the spring, and he wanted to have a Queen by then. Aro was brought out of his thoughts by another large cold wind. Ears lain back, he watched the sun disappear. He wanted to show the one's who had positions the places they would be sleeping. Aro would also go and get more members later. He was sure there were more members. He had enough brood mares for now. But stallions. He needed warriors and stallions beside Oscurita. Ears flicked again as he waited. Fall was here, and winter following. Nostrils flared as he fought it over in his mind. Should he appoint Kadence as Queen. Shaking his head, he muttered 'i'll think about it later.' Due to someone's prescence near by. Ears flicked as he waited. He let out a loud nicker, hoping that they would hurry. The front was coming quick. Sighing, he thought about is members. Lynx, Diverso, Halloween, Oscurita, Jigsaw, Stella and the foals and the rest. He had quite a few, but this large land could still hold quite a few more. [/blockquote] Muse` AWSHUM Song` Britney Spears. No exact song. Character` Aro

Artemis IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII The frost covered vixen moved swiftly across the hardening ground. Winter was nearly here and the icy winds whipped about her form, blowing her tassles left and right. A bugle sounded from her left and she recognized it as Aro's. Abandoning her plan to find shelter for the night, she made her way to where she knew Aro and the rest of the herd would meet. Just weeks ago they had had their other meeting where everyone had been appointed. She had been given the title of broodmare, but hadn't been bred yet, which had been fine with her. Memories of the battered vixen flooded her consciousness like a cloud of fog. She could see the crimson weeping from her wounds, smell the coppery scent of the blood. Wincing at the thought, she shook it from her mind, focusing on Aro's form which was growing larger. Stopping a few paces away, she let her nape curl around in a bow, tucking one foreleg underneath her chest and then standing up to wait for the meeting to begin. Stella* Stella was curled up in a nearby thicket she had found that mostly protected her from the cool winds. Her dome was tucked securely against her hind leg, lids half closing over her pools. As the wind whistled around her, she could hear the faint call of Aro. Orbs rolled in her crania. Great, she thought bitterly. I've only just gotten comfortable and now I must go out into the cold. Pillars unfolded beneath her with ease as she was still young enough to bear the winters without a problem. She started off at a brisk trot, knowing exactly where she was headed. Harks folded back on the top of her nape, shielding them from the billowing winds. Up ahead she could identify Aro and her mother, though it looked like it was only them so far. Dome gave a small nod to Aro and smiled to her mother.

Lynx Mother, look at me. Tell me, what do you see? Yes, I've lost my mind...

The chestnut followed slowly behind Aro, frowning unhappily as she glanced at her growing barrel. She lagged behind, and eventually stopped, grabbing a few peices of the dying grass. A sharp edge was to the wind, and as everyone knows, that means old man winter was coming their way. She raised her head, knawing on her bundle of grass, and continued on until the edge of the trees. She lingered in the shadows, brooding if she should just stand here the whole time. She watched as a mare and a younger one approuched, both looking very similar. Must be mother and daughter.
With a sigh, the arabian raised her tiara and walked out to join them, her back legs slightly lame. They weren't supposed to have that sort of weight on them while she was laying down. Lynx itched to give a blow to Aro as she past, but held herself, cracking her banner like a whip in frustration, glaring at him briefly before taking up the rear of the small group, huffing.
Oh baybe, look at me. Will I ever be free? Have I crossed the line?

Diverso.
{I hurt myself today
To see if I still feel} [/blockquote] oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Diverso was wandering around Valle nera di Morte, bored out of her mind. Her wounds had healed mostly, although if you felt along her barrel you could feel the lump of her broken ribs, the grazes gone but the hair darker where it had regrown, the bite on her crest healed but the soft tassels still hadn't grown back. She also had a faint scar on her cheek where the demented stag's teeth had caught the skin, doubting that it would fade all together. With a sigh she turned her pretty head to glimpse at her growing barrel, knowing for definate the evil that had been planted within her, although she couldn't disguise that whenever her foal kicked or moved she was overwhelmed with love - she put it down to hormones, as she had promised to herself that she would never love anything that came from him, the devil, Aro.
She'd been walking slowly around the land for weeks, finding the best spots for grazing and shelter from the rain, and was in one of her most liked areas where the emerald grass grew the lushest when she heard the sound of a bugle, and not just any bugle. Her ears pinned to her crest, top lip curling back to reveal her ivories as she snarled like a small lioness, supposing she'd better go see what was happening or she'd only be punished later.
Moving into a gentle canter her swollen stomach swayed, wishing she could go faster. It was so frustrating! She eventually reached the gathering area and stopped, right at the back of the small collection of horses that had already arrived and as far away from Aro as possible. She had no words for him other than a few select ones, 'bastard' being an example.

Cernah
The petite femme walked cautiously into Valle Nera Di Morte with no knowledge whatsoever regarding the alliance or heritage of this terra. It could have easily been one of the Elemental herd's, but she doubted it. Now see, the blue roan was a pretty intelligent thing, and if only she hadn't been so shocked with her new decision, then she might have thought about it more carefully. That she should have, but having made up her mind she walked on at a steady and unwavering pace. Having reached the small group, she lifted her tiara a tad closer to the heavens and knew that she would look confident and dignified.
Stopping near the equine, she let out a quiet nicker to signal her arrival. Her elegant neck lowered itself to the ground and she began to nibble on the vegetation surronding her. Maybe they would turn out to be more than Neutrals. Lights. Who knew, she might begin to feel at home.
But as dearly as she wished that might happen, in time it would become clear to her how mistaken her really was.
Ooc: Hey Tox, we talked about our plot with Cernah already. It'll stick to something along those lines, alright?

and your voice was all i heard |Ah, another call from Aro to gather his herd together. Halloween had purposely missed his last one, not wanting to show her face to the other herd members for some odd reason. The pretty, pregnant Arabian moved at a slow trot, her barrel growing with Oscurita's and her's baby. Shaking her head, she flared her nostrils, already catching the scent of other horses gathering around the lead stallion. The mare's muscles ached considerably, always on the move in the case that Carzeth came to the lands looking for her. Which, Halloween now thought, was highly unlikely. She had gotten word that he had made the bitch Magic his lead, and this tweaked her a bit. Snorting, she picked her way to the small gathering, and stopped a few yards away from the other horses. Dark brown eyes looked over each of the mares that arrived, and plastered a fake smile upon her maw. Of course, she wasn't happy having to appear at these things, but she was part of Aro's herd now, and it was possibly mandatory.
The once Queen of Terra de Scure moved to stand a few feet away from where Artemis stood, lowered her head to nibble at the dying grasses. Boredom was surely going to settle in, and her growing baby was growing restless within her, turning over and kicking her sides. Halloween could only grimace, and flick her ears back, sighing as she went to nibbling at the grass once more. horse role played | halloween basic text color | gray speech color | dark orange song | new divide artist | linkin park ; transformers 2 soundtrack template | lizzeh 2009 [/blockquote]

Kadence °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Kadence came upon the small gathering, her bodice showing the first signs of being pregnant. There were leaves stuck to her pelt from her previous lay – it seemed she was always so tired even in these early days of pregnancy. Despite her tire, and the few leaves clinging to her ever-growing winter pelt, the mare looked to be in good health. Perhaps, the baby kindling inside of her would be healthy despite that she feared for the worst while brewing the offspring in the harsher months.
Her tired black orbs scanned all those around, spotting several other pregnant broods. At least, her young one would not be lonely when birthed; there would be plenty other foals for it to frolic with. The mare’s ears twitched as she looked towards Aro. A soft whuffle parted from the mare’s lips before she fell into silence, awaiting what the stallion had to say.°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° iNSPiRATiON; [none] word-count; ; [150]

Oscurita' {Oh freedom is mine
And I know how I feel}
Mahogany coat had thickened slightly as the colder months drew their bitter depths nearer, suffocating the warm summer breeze: nevertheless his pelt was still sleek, glossy red sheen rippling as his muscles moved fluidly beneath his large frame, coal tassels flipping to fall over one icy steel orb.
Handsome crown shot into the cool air as his lead's deafening call beckoned down his pricked radars, returning with his own deep whinny. Tall pillars automatically leaped into an extended canter, moving lithely over the terrain, never stumbling, never faultering - he knew it like the back of his, well, hoof now. Speed was his forte: he reached the small gathering in barely a minute, sliding to an impressive stop and bowing his cranium slightly to Aro, before glancing around swiftly to see who else was present.
