NYX [/color][/font][/right] The mare grazed quietly among the tall grasses of Felwood, the sun clouded over by clouds. The air was colt, hinting winter was coming, and a front moving in. Blue and ruby eyes looked around for her foals, which were playing a few feet away. Flicking her ears, the black, red and white mare went back to grazing, listening to her offspring playing. Her mind drifted off to Nefarian. Nyx hadn't seen him in days, if not a week or more. Nyx shook her head, closing her eyes. They hadn't been close like they had, ever since they bred. The mare sighed, opening her eyes and looking down. [/color][/font][/blockquote] Muse` Pretty good.

Character` Nyx[/b][/color] Kendora [/color][/font][/right] The small white filly stood a few feet away from her mother, looking to her brother. Nostrils flared, she narrowed her deep blue eyes, looking from her brother to her mother. Shouldn't she had a father here? Ears flicked as she thought it over in her mind. Who really gives a crap? Shrugging, she rose on her hind legs, flailing at her sibling. 'c'mon joker!' She dared him, turning and cantering away, just daring him to chase. Ears flicked back as she galloped, kicking out her back legs. At least it wasn't as hot as it was in the summer, a few weeks ago. Joker was larger than her, giving her the advantage of going faster. lets have some fun, this beat is sick |Off-brown eyes looked at his younger sister, as Joker stood a bit more away from his mother. Watching as Kendora ran away, the colt flared his nostrils, quite uninterested in his twin's antics to play. Having Nefarian's personality wasn't really the best thing for the youngster, but perhaps it would prove to be better. Shaking his head and turning to look at Nyx, his ears flicked slightly. Where was their father? Ever since their birth, Nyx had been a bit withdrawn, could it possibly be because Nefarian wasn't there? Snorting softly, Joker lowered his head, snuffling at the grass that grew to the middle of his lower legs.
From afar, the mare and the two foals were mere specks to Nefarian as he made his way toward them. But, as he approached, they grew, until he was close enough to tell that the twins were still quite small. Flicking hi tail behind him, the lead flared his nostrils, taking in their scents. The saddened form of Nyx came to his eyes, and he frowned. He couldn't believe he had let their feelings go for so long. Nickering faintly under his breath, he moved toward the mare, his focus more on her than on their foals. "Nyx...", his voice was low as he spoke, his ears flicked forward slightly.
Joker caught sight of Nefarian, his father, and his ears flicked back. Letting out a sharp snort, the small colt was in between the stallion and his mother quite quickly, his own ears drawn back against his skull. Eyes stared angrily up at the stallion, who looked confused about where this little colt had come from, and then he glanced back at his mother from over his shoulder. If he got scolded for his actions, so be it. He didn't want his father to be near her right now. "Back off," Joker snarled. Nefarian stomped a hoof, clenching his jaws. horse role played | joker / nefarian

NYX [/color][/font][/right] Ears flicked, head drawing up as the scent of Nefarian scented. Nostrils flared, she watched the big stallion come down into the meadow, a unusual expression on his face. Joker was in front of her in a second, keeping her from Nefarian. Nyx wanted to believe nothing had happened between them that had upset her and seperated them. But it did. He did. Ears flicked as she debated weather to greet him with love or not. Why should she trust him after he broke her? 'what do you want?' Her voice was barely above a whisper. Her attention was drawn down to Joker below her, snarling at his father. Nyx snorted softly, pushing/nudging the foal. Ears flicked slightly back as she watched Neffy, wondering what had posessed him months ago. Blue and ruby eyes looked down, squeezing shut. 'what posessed you to do and say such things?' Nyx whispered, looking up to the stallion again. [/color][/font][/blockquote] Muse` Dang good

Character` Nyx[/b][/color] Kendora [/color][/font][/right] As their father came into the meadow, fluffy tail flicked. She was just about to run to him, before she saw her mother's depressed look. Joker defending her, she came trotting to them, stopping at her mother's shoulder. Deep blue eyes squinted up to the large Draught, ears forward curiously. Kendora nuzzled her mother, backing up to her flank to eat. It was a horrible time to go under her mother's flank, but she was hungry, and wanted to eat. Soon, a soft suckling noise filled the air as she ate, not really caring what her brother or father though. Deep blue eyes wondered to the large Irish Draught again.
