Venom The mare had walked here from Liberta to just be alone. Even though she knew her son followed her, she just wanted to get away from her life in Liberta for a while. Her ebony and ivory stomach bulged with the life of a fetus. The one of Lassan. But Lassan didn't love her, and broke the small, fragile heart of Venom. And that was what broke her. That the one she loved didn't love her back. That she couldn't have her magical fairytale like other mares - like she imagined she would as a small filly.
Sighing, she stopped in the heart of the valley, lowering her head to the ground. Just. Staring. Depression. Depression... Depression. The lithe vixen let the darkness surround her. She didn't care anymore. Why should she? 'i don't care anymore...' She let the tears fall to the ground. The thunder boomed, and the rain started. It drenched her coat, and in winter, is chilled her to the bone. But Venom didn't care. The dark was taking over, choking the life of the beautiful young mare. The rain poured, yet she didn't care. EREBOS °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Silver orbs danced around the terra as Erebos slithered through the shadowed portions of Belle Valle. Night was quickly developing the land, but it was yet to reach the peak that the Arrat preferred. It would not be long now, though. Soon he could feel power coursing through his veins as the sky darkened and the moon rose to its height in the sky. A shrill whinny left his vocals as his orbs began to glow. With his night vision enabled, Erebos could see everything with an outstanding precision.
That was why his sight lined up upon a lone essa in the valley ahead. Initially, he approached the mare with the ploy to have a little fun with what he presumed to be a normal equine. Then, it hit him. He could sense her aurora, and her coloration showed it with exclusion of the bright pink – she was an Arrat! How divine; one of his own!
The stallion approached Venom with a crown held high and a smirk plastered upon his lips. “Why so gloomy, love?” His nostrils flared, and the hessian suddenly tossed his head at the aroma he took in. The mare was not only claimed by a normal equine, but she was also in foal to the same hellion! Snarling his lips, Erebos spoke again, “where is the sire of that welp growing within you? An Arrat mare in brood to a… a… commoner!” The brute was obviously enraged and disgusted as he spoke, ending his speech with a powerful stomp of his forehoof. Never before had he seen an Arrat mare brooding a normal equine’s foal. Sure, many Arrat stallions bred with common mares for their own sheer pleasure, Erebos was guilty of that himself, but never a mare of his kind to a stallion of non-elemental bloodlines! It was baffling, and Erebos could not help but wonder if he was going to come across more cases like this as he gathered his herd. He certainly hoped not!°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° The trees up above, they dance as shadows below. iNSPiRATiON; [Where the Rain] [by Never Enough] word-count; ; [332]

Polaris "Mum!" Polaris called out as the mare moved faster. Polaris sped to catch up, but then, she was gone. Vanished. He knew they were at the enterance to Terra delle Liberta, but out of there, many differents patch wove their way around the island. His mother could have taken any of of them. The colt huffed and looked around. After a quick decision, he took the one that he knew led to Belle Valle.
******
The colt slowed down, huffing, from his long gallop when he saw the form of two equines ahead. One, he knew, was his mother, but the other, the stag, he was unsure of.
Polaris let out a whinny and cantered up to them, stepping almost in front of his mother, wanting to 'protect' her form this stag. "Who are you?" the colt asked in a cold voice.

Venom 'you don't speak of the offspring inside me in such way, nor it's sire.' The mare hissed coldly. Bloodshot, hot pink eyes glared at the deep purple Arrat. Baring her ivories, she nudged Polaris aside, ears lain back at the stag. 'what do you want?! The mare was in no condition and didn't even feel like interacting with anymore equines. 'polaris, stay back.' The mare turned to glare at her colt. Venom wasn't mad at him, she just wanted him to stay back. She could handle this. Or so she though. The full blood Arrat sensed the night coming, and the pink heart on her chest glowed faintly. The mare blinked, ears still back because of Erebros. Venom knew the Nights were dark, but she was a light, and she could never go to being a dark. 'don't touch us.' Venom hissed, moving away with her Arrat son. 'i will never go with you.'. Erebos °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° The Arrat’s head c.ocked as another equine entered the scene. This newest one, a colt, seemed to be of Arrat blood as well. How divine! A small smile slithered onto the stallion’s face as he watched the two. They were apparently close to one another. “Calm down, love. You are an Arrat, and I bare no harm towards you in spite of some… less than proper decisions. I do not know the common-blooded equine that you lay brood to, but he must not be any good; look at the condition he has left you in.” The stallion lowered his crown before ranging a little closer to the two. “You are practically alone, in foal, and with a pelt stained of tears. As an Arrat, you deserve better, do you not?” His orbs then floated onto Polaris, “both of you, have a place in Terra di Eterna Notte. It is where you both belong.” The stallion then stepped back to give both of them their space. He would be as civilized as possible to the equines of his own blood; they were family. °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° I'm just a normal boy that sank when I fell overboard. iNSPiRATiON; [into the ocean] [by blue october] word-count; ; [182]

Venom 'i belong in liberta.' The mare's hot pink marbles narrowed as she stepped up close to the deep purple stag. 'i just needed to get away. now leave us be. i do not belong to the arrat darkness. i belong to lassan in terra de liberta.' The small brindle blocked her pregnant bodice in front of her first son. Cat-like eyes blinked in the night, her pink heart radiated. 'we are bure arrats, but we belong to the light side. we will not go to the darkness.' The small venom raised her head as high as she could to bluff, the it was no use. She was just a hollow, week shell. Her pelt was shaggy and matted. Venom dropped her head in defeat. i am strong. The vixen closed her dull eyes closed, battling the dark depression that was controlling her. [/blockquote] Muse` Gewd Song`Hollywood Undead Character` Venom

*Polaris* The colt's audits flicked as he peered around his mother to see the dark stallion that stood before them. There was something that made Polaris uneasy about this stag. He wasn't sure what it was, but ti was there for sure.
The hellion then began to speak to Venom and Polaris. The colt's auditc flattened against his skull when the other, as he now knew, Arrat spoke down on Lassan. Of course Lassan did not leave them this way. Venom had run off when she learned that Flame had become pregnant. Polaris knew his mother, and knew that when things got bad, she needed a little bit of time alone to mull things over. Of course she hadn't left Liberta before, this was the first time. Unfortunatly.
The Arrat then said they both had a place in his land. Yeah right. They would never fit in with him. They had a home, a good one, one they were loyal to. "We don't belong with you."
Polaris watched and listened to his mother, only to step in front of her when he crown drooped. The colt glared at the taller stallion and said to his mother, while keeping his eyes on the dark Arrat, "C'mon mum, let's get back home. To out real home." Polaris bobbed his crown and nudged his mother.
