Caspian The dove clammered her way down the beach from the greens beyond. She felt at home near the waves of the ocean. A large spray of water showered over her in greeting, sparkling her white and tan hide with diamonds of water. Hooves dug through the sand, leaving a trail behind her that was no sooner swept over by the hungry waters. Tassles blew behind her as the wind caught them, throwing them backwards. A resounding whinny let loose from her maw in happiness. ~Royal Farther up the beach, the duke was marching away from the lands of Allevare where he had parted from his sister. She would find her fun there without him for now. He would have to go back later, but the beach interested him for the time being, very unusual for the stag. The sound of the rolling waves crashed in his twin peaks, completely drowning out the sound of anything else but his thoughts. Nares scented nothing but the abundance of salt and sand that polluted the clear glass surface of the water. Down beyond that surface lay a moving ocean floor of millions of colors made up of the sea life. They didn't have beaches like this back where they had come from. Dome raised to the sky and shook with pleasure at his discovery.

Dowan
The hellion strolled on the powdery sand, black pools scanning the horizon. The musk of fall was thick in the air, crisp but not unpleasent. A leaf brushed Dowan's broad back, tickling his hide that was blended grey and red in perfect harmony, like how the different cloud colors blended. In the distance he spotted a tan and ivory vixen, whinnying joyously. He studied her with half-hearted curiousity as she danced next to the lapping waves of the sea. It was quite graceful, like a ballerina maybe. The stallion nickered unsurely back, glancing towards the trees a long ways back where his sister was hidden, doing whatever she pleased.

The black wench rolled her crimson orbs at her brother as he watched after a mare on the beach, even though it was quite hard to see them both from where she was standing. Her crown jerked up as she turned away, trotting through the trees and crashing through the piles of leaves that littered the ground. She flicked her black-and-red banner, forelock falling over her right orb. She flared her nares, springing on her hind legs as she sudenly mini-reared, launching into a gallop out onto the beach, kicking up sand wildly into the wind, adding a few phycotic bucks to her stride.

Caspian Pearls moved within the frame of her crania, meeting the form of a stag halfway up the beach. Beyond him a mare flew from out of the trees. Harks turned in his direction when they caught his answering call. She stopped her wild parade about the waters and turned to face him. Slow steps carried her farther up the beach towards him. He was only the second horse to have found her here. A nicker was sent out to him as she neared. ~Royal An ebony vixen suddenly appeared in his line of sight as she moved about bucking. The last thing he had expected was equines here. He had heard that most either resided with their herds, wandered the lands of Belle Valle or Allevare. Piercing globes watched her from afar, aware that she had not spotted him yet, or at least she didn't appear as if she'd seen him. His chestnut appaloosa pelt by no means camouflaged him, and there was nowhere to hide himself, so he merely waited as the fea made her way in his direction. Nares picked up on her scent immediately, maw raised to the sky as he lifted his lip repeatedly, holding in her aroma.

Dowan The stallions attenchion was on his sister who proceded to act phycotic, as she was, but the sweet responding nicker from the bronze & ivory fae snapped his gaze back to her. He found her quite close to him rather being the distance she was before. He pricked his auds, dipping his crown politely. "Hello," he greeted cooly, flashing her a toothy smile. His auds pricked forward as he studied the acceptionatly beautiful vix before him.
&&. Thorn Again, Thorn bucked, this time her back pillars rocketing higher then the mare wouldn've thought she could do. It crinckled the hide on her back, re-opening wounds that hadn't quite healed yet, but would turn into nasty scars. With a moan, the mare let her legs hit the ground again. Her pools swept around her, and thats when she noticed the chestnut appaloosa watching her, testing her scent with his lips. She slammed on the brakes, branching her front pillars as she skidded to a hault, a small cloud of sand kicking up into the wind. She breathed heavily, turning her crown a little so she could examine the brute with her better eye. Her other was mostly blind to any significant details and it was terribly blurry, caused by a scratch then went across her eye, and even on the eye itself. The stallion, of course, could not see that. One aud went back while the other simply went sideways as she watched him carefully, trying to ignore the searing pain that burned her back, crimson slowly trickling out of her wounds.

Caspian After a few more steps, she stopped at the sound of his vocals. Crown dipped likewise. Pleasure to meet you. I am Caspian. Lyri responded in greeting. Pools flashed to the wonderous pattern that was painted on his pelt. The colors commented his features handsomely. Tearing her gaze from his mesmerizing looks, she focused herself on his expression, returning his dazzling smile. The mare she had spotted earlier was continuing to romp about the beach when she suddenly stopped as if she had spotted something. Another horse? She wondered to herself. Apparently this was the day for the beach.~Royal The vix continued her display about the sands, when she suddenly came to a sliding stop behind a plume of sand and dust. Closer up, her appearance was rougher than he had expected. She looked as if she'd been through a battle or two. Or perhaps a breeding? He recognized the wounds and it was possible a stag had inflicted them. He had been the cause of many a wound on mares, though not recently, which made him question why he had not remained in Allevare with his sister. Hunting mares had been a game to him. The distance between them wouldn't allow him to thoroughly examine her wounds, so he couldn't make any presumptions. Remaining where he was, he continued to gaze at the mare as the painful looking wounds weeped crimson. Nares could now identify the coppery scent as blood, so the wounds weren't too old then. Greetings vixen his lyri called out to her. Two or three steps forward through the sand, carried him closer to the fea, harks perked forward in her direction, completely alert.

Dowan "Well, miss Caspian, m'names Dowan. Pleasures all mine. " While she was distracted with looking the stallion over, he took his time to register her scent in his mind, in case he met her later once they departed. Her perfume reminded him over the dpeths of the forest---is that where she spent most of her time? There was also stale scents of other equine lingering; was she apart of a herd and decided to leave, or explore? He then saw her orbs flicker to where his sister had skidded on the sand, crown turning. "Don't mind my sister, she's a little...messed up right now." He shrugged it off, blinking slowly and nodding.
&&. Thorn
Thorn shuffled her pillars as she was examined, her orbs never straying from the stallion's face. Her hide twitched as a single fly landed on her shoulder, attracted by the smell of blood. It was getting colder outside, and with winter around the corner, most of the flies had gone off somewhere else that she didn't care about. She studied him carefully, looking for any hint of hostility. Finding none, she relaxed a little, the folded aud going forward. "Hello," she mumbled back, almost unaudible for his pricked auds. Her crown lowered a little, banner nervously swishing behind her as he stepped closer.

Caspian She wasn't sure whether to agree with Dowan or not, his sister did look a little odd, and now that she studied her, she noticed that she had wounds all down her back. I've met my fair share of crazies. She chuckled lightly, thinking of the last stag she had met here on the beach, which actually hadn't been too long ago. Remembering how grave he looked, she immediately stopped, chastising herself for her carelessness. I don't mean to pry, but will she be alright? She gave the mare a concerned glance, fixtures studying the femme who definitely appeared to be talking to another. Sure enough an appaloosa stag stepped forward into view. Dome swung back towards Dowan, though one aud was kept pointed toward the other pair. ~Royal Glass orbs studied the fea as she tensed at his presence and then relaxed when he assumed that she found him in no way dangerous. A first for him, mares usually shied away at his very scent, well those who had sense enough to. Brow furrowed slightly as he wondered about it. I am Royal he responded, taking a few steps closer, testing the mare. He couldn't help glancing at her wounds periodically. His hide tingled, Do you mind me asking how you got that? Maw jerked toward her back, indicating what he meant. Blood continued to ooze from where her flesh had been torn. Nares flared as he approached her, the smell of blood getting increasingly stronger, mingling with her smell. He had trouble distinguishing what other scents clung to the mare. It was difficult to identify others apart from hers and the smell of the blood.

Dowan Dowan smiled, shaking his mane as he laughed along with her. "Don't we all?" he sighed, orbs wandering back towards his sister as she obviously conversed with another horse. He tested the air with flaring nostrils, one aud going back a little. Brilliant, stallion. He looked back to Caspian as she spoke. "Oh, I hope so," he replied, shrugging his shoulders. He frowned, hoping to change the subject off his sister. She didn't need attenchion; it would drive her nuts, not that she wasn't a bit already.
&&. Thorn
Thorn narrowed her crimson pools as the stallion stepped closer, auds pressing to her skull. She danced backwards a few paces, looking like she was trying to trot backwards without the speed. She shook her mane, nodding slowly. "Thorn," she said simply, stomping a dagger into the sand. A breeze toyed with her mane and banner, sending chills down the wench's spine. She tossed her crown at his question, ivories flashing. "No," she snarled, turning away to trot back into the forest. She understood she had issues, but who cares?

Caspian It was a simple response, but she didn't push any farther. He seemed unwilling to discuss his sibling any further. Her rotated aud caught the pair moving back into the forest, though it appeared that the femme wasn't exactly inviting him to follow. The skin about her orbs crinkled, she hated pushy stags like that, though she hadn't had a problem with Oscurita. Are you and your sister new here? Or are you both already part of a herd and everything? She couldn't identify any scent on them that indicated they were a part of a herd, but then again she'd never been near the herds yet. ~Royal The breeze blew in from behind her, caressing her tassles and blowing her scent right into his face. Nares lifted slightly taking in a stronger scent. No, she answered back, her form retreating back through the trees. A fea through and through then, but it seemed this one was unusually spunky. Kissers smirked as he trotted after her, weaving casually between the trees. Now hold up there miss, there's no need to leave just yet. Vocals called after her. She was within sight, but he didn't pick up his pace any. With her wounds, he wasn't worried about her getting away. Banner waved through the air as he maneuvered through the forest, trotting lightly across the leaf-laden floor and the maze of trees.

Dowan Dowan rolled his orbs as he spotted the equine following after his sister, but she could deal with him herself. Bought time she did. His auds pricked as he looked back over to Caspian as she asked if they were in a herd. The stallion shook his crown. "No, we haven't bothered to look for one yet," he replied. Which was true; they had decided they wanted to explore before they were confined to one territory.
&&. Thorn
Thorn turned her crown to glance at the following stallion, orbs narrowing in annoyance."About time I left, now go away," she growled, picking up a steady lope as she dodged trees, one aud folding back again.

Caspian The fea nodded to her counterpart. She understood well what he meant. She hadn't searched for a herd to join either, figuring she would have her fun before tying herself down to a herd and a place among the ranks. This was the more dangerous option, especially when traveling alone, but she did meet some interesting characters, his sister included. One aud listened cautiously, but caught no further sound from the pair that had disappeared into the forest. ~Royal He snorted, half amused at her resistance. It would be futile in the end. It always was. His speed increased, easily catching up and nearly overcoming her. His chest billowed in and out as his lungs called for more air to allow this speed to continue. Ivories flashed out, reaching for her thin hide, just below the spot where her pelt was already injured. He could feel frustration well within him, barely being able to hold his hostile nature inside anymore. Again he went for her blood plastered coat on her underbelly. The skin there was very sensitive. He drifted back slightly, maw reaching out to the base of her banner. It was difficult at the speed they were traveling, but he managed to tuck his nares under her tassle, inhaling her perfume. A chuckle rose within his throat. There is no cause in resisting any more. You will find that the easier you cooperate, the less you will hurt tomorrow. His handsome and kind-natured facade had dropped, taken over by the desire of a rogue beast who had grown up his whole life pleasuring himself with mares. Razors lashed out, fiercer this time, attempting to latch onto the fleshy muscle of her flank.

Dowan Dowan listened for his sister and the other equine, but he heard none further. With a shrug the stallion smiled at the white mare infront of him. He gave her a playful nudge on the flank before prancing away, crown held high, grey orbs gleaming as he looked at her over his shoulder.
&&. Thorn
The mare continued her pace, irritation flowing off her in waves. She shied away as she was bitten, both auds now pinnd to her skull. She jerked up her crown, baring her ivories at the stallion and snapping out at him, but he had already fallen back and so rudely stuck his nose under her banner. Thorn bucked her back pillars, aiming for the stallion's face. She skidded to a hault and turned to face him, banner whipping furiously behind her.

Caspian Dome jerked up when she felt the stag's flesh upon hers. Suprised, she stood there for a moment. The fuse seemed to connect in her mind a second later, and a playful smirk worked its way onto her kissers. Her crania shook, tossing her tassles around. Pillars pranced forward, awfully light for a stockier built horse. Her own pools glistening back as they gazed at his. Maw reached for his muscled chest, lipping it lightly. Her crown raised to the sky as she trotted in a circular pattern around the stag, gently brushing his flank as she did so. ~Royal In a split second her hind hooves striking out dangerously close to his crania. He dodged the aimed kick to the face, but caught the clip of one of her hooves on his shoulder, scraping a thin scratch across his perfect hide. Sure he had been hurt by femme's before, it was part of the job, but he usually recovered. This, no doubt, would leave a scar. The pain seared its way through his muscle. A thin trail of crimson blood snaked its way down his pillar. Jaw clenched tight with rage. It didn't hurt too bad, but the fact that she had injured him this early on made him angry. The two faced one another in the thick of the forest, burning orbs glaring back at the other. He walked first to the right, slow, but sure steps. Then switched, heading straight toward her with the power of a moving truck and speed to match. Long muscled pillar slashed out through the air as the front half of his body rose to full height, hooves pawing at the vix's side and flank. Her aroma again hit him square in the face, only making him more crazed. His tool loosened instinctively in its sheath, as he worked his way to her rear, still slashing out at her, attempting to inflict as much damage as possible without making her entirely useless. Dowan Dowan watched the vixen dance up to him and return the nip before circling him, brushing flanks. His eyes glittered with amuesment, reachig to grab a peice of her mane for a breif second before dropping it as she passed. He shook his own mane, snorting softly as he nipped her auds as she passed again, grinning.
&&. Thorn
Thorn smiled grimly as she noticed the deep cut on the brute's shoulder, crimson staining his fur all down his pillar. She was trying to decide if she should stay and punish him for what he was trying to do, or flee to the safety of her brother.The stallion began walking to the right, Thorn shimmying to the side a few steps before the chestnut appaloosa struck out at her side. The first few times he missed, but eventually he reached his target. She grunted in pain, crimson orbs flashing as he slowly moved towards her rump. She went forward on here front pillars and twisted her back ones left, away from the determined equine. She flared her nares, snapping at the stag again.

Caspian Auds swerved, feeling his velvet kissers upon them. The mare couldn't help but let out a small laugh, melodic and light. The fire in her orbs danced with delight. She stopped circling, halting just to his left. Kissers lipped again at his flank, softly running down his pillar until her facade was leaning against his bodice. Pools dazzled with mischief and she gave him a gentle nudge with her crown, attempting to give him a playful shove. ~Royal The beast wasn't going to be deterred by a simple mare. Again, the two faced eachother down, pools had lost all of their sweetness. They now burned with passion and desire. Ivories flashed, aiming for her shoulder. Taking a small step closer, he lashed out again, aiming for her cheek. Radars lay flat against his crown as he tried to figure how out how to get this mare in the right position. A sudden idea came to him, kissers pulling into a wide and evil smirk. Again he stepped closer and closer still, waiting for that right moment.
