Dustfinger The stallion had washed up on the shores of Isola Dei Dei this very morning, unconscious. As hard he a tried, he could not remember for the life of him where he had come from or how he got on this bloody beach. After an hour of sitting and staring that morning, he had pieced together what his name was, where he was born, memories from childhood, but then they memories all stoppped when he reached trying to remember when he turned five. Four years of his life were literally missing. Now he just ahd to find them.
It was now dusk and Dustfinger was still roaming, well more like pacing, up and a long strecth of red sand, wondering what to do. Should he stay here and wait for someone, or something to come and find him? Should he try to swim back to the mainland? But then again, for all he knew, this could be the mainland. Maybe he should just wander off and search for somebody to ask questions to. All of those sounds like decent ideas, so he thought.
The sand coloured stag finally chose to lay down up on the beach a bit and watch the moon rise over the now dark blue waters of the ocean. He had decided that he would let someone find him.

Nellaina made her way along the sandy beaches. Not too long ago she had arrived here. Looking around, she wondered if others were near. Picking up a bit of a quicker pace, she made her way along the massive beach.
She slowed down a bit, letting out a loud, but gentle, neigh. Wondering if anyone would hear her. Gazing to the ocean, she stood there. Just waiting and listening to the waves hit the shore. [Sorry, not a lot of muse. Lol.]

The palomino was almost alseep when he heard a distant whinny. His eyes fluttered open when he heard the voice. The more the woke up, the closer the whinny seemed. Someone was here, close to him! Dustfinger jumped up and looked around, letting his eyes become adjusted to the light, well lack there of since it had gotten darker since before.
Once Dustfinger was up and his eyes adjusted to the light, he looked aroun the beach for the equine who had made itself known. After a few moments of searching the coastline, he saw her. He let out a whicker and began to trot up to her.

[Kk. Same here. Lol. X)] The fae was a bit startled at the fact that she had heard another, but happy none the less. She gazed to the stag that was making his way before her. Nellaina smiled softly to the stag. Hoping he would be no trouble to her.
Her eyes traced over his sandy coloured body. He ws handsome. She looked to him. Speaking softly. "Hello." [/color]

Dustfinger halted when the mare was several strides away from him. Could he trust this mare? For all he knew, she may be some island savage and attack him for setting foot on her land. Nah, she didn't look like the type. Dustfinger figured that he had heard too many human stories on the television.
One might think it was funny that a horse of all things was viewing a television, but to Dustfinger it wasn't that odd. The stallion had grown up in northern Wales on a small family, owned farm. It had only been him, two geldings and a very old Haflinger pony mare that shared a pasture that led right up to his owner's farmhouse. It was from the large, back window that faced the family's living room that Dustfinger and his equine mates would watch the television whenever the children had it on.
The children. How he missed them, all four of them. But most of all 'his boy' Matt. The stallion knew he would never see his beloved owner again. The only thing was, he couldn't remember why Matt wasn't here with him. Hell, the stallion didn't even know how he happened to wash up on this strange, red beach, which looked more maroon in the night time sky. All he knew that this place was so strange, so foreign. The only familiar thing here was another equine standing in front of him.
Tha sandy stallion's ears flicked back and forth when he heard the mare talking to him, greeting him. He smiled at her and said "Hello miss." with a bow of his crown. "I'm sorry to bother you, but could you tell me exactly where I am right now? I have not the slightest idea." he asked, hoping she knew and would be kind enough as to tell him. "Nor do I know how I happened upon this place." he added, looking around with his brown eyes. It was rather embarassing to tell her this, but he needed to know.
