The frosted beast trotted farther into the forest. Audits forwards, ready to hear the faintes't sound. A wild bird of some sort came charging at him, no fear in it's eyes, what so ever. Frasco chuckled, looking at the phesant. It pecked at his muscular pillars a few times, but the stag's hide was much to tough to cause any reaction, besides a few laughs. With a paw of his front-foot, he sent the animal into a half flight, half scurry.
Braces regained momentum, eyes calmly looking about for the vix he was planning to meet up with. She offered to teach him how to strengthen his mind against other Time equine. He would take all the help he could get for the up and comming war. Who knew, there might be a decendant from the Time Herd.
Suddenly haulting, the silvery Andalusian whinnied, hoping to send it far out, incase the mare had lost her sense of time. Maybe just this once.

Illusion was cantering through the land, making her way to Frasco. She stopped short when she heard a sound behind her. Her auds flicked twice before she heard the rustle of the brush. Her auds were flat on her skull as she whipped her bodice around. Who, or what was following her? "Show your self!" she sneered, becoming fed up with this. She stood that way for a good five minutes before two lupines came out of the foliage. Great. This is just what she needed now, two pesky canines. The smaller one charged for her. She rolled her orbs and reared up, coming down squarely on the lupine, chrushing him. The larger one saw what she did and ran off, feeling vulnerable now that he was alone. She snorted and continued on when the sound of the ivory stag's lyrics drifted to her half perked zeniths.
She slowed down when she saw him up a head. "Sorry, I had, well lets just say I had an issue back there. Well I'm here now." she looked at him, waiting for him to speak.
ooc// soooooo sorry bout not replying for a while. Velo yeleld and me, and I was all oh crap! I'll start checking everday for replies.

The sound of Illusion's words echoed to the stags audits. Her lyrics seemed slightly annoyed, and maybe, angered? Luckily, a few minutes later she appeared in front of him like magic itself. As the Paint explained herself shortly, he nodded with a small grin.
"Oh, hello Illusion." he said with relaxed vocals. She didn't make him feel uncomfortable. They'd talked about much, and he was now more accustomed to her ways. With a snort, he bent over and snatched up some herbage, although it had lost it's taste and was now just more of straw. He hadn't rid of his old habit; eating during conversations.
After his ivories were free of greens (or more like yellows,) he asked her "So, are you ready to... Um... Help strengthen my mind?" He now spoke unsurely. He wasn't positive on what they were going to do. Maybe a bit of speaking through his mind? He didn't know.
OOC: Lol, it's fine! I haven't replied in a few days, so I'm sorry, also. : P

She nodded her crown ever so slightly when he greeted her. She was still rather annoyed at the duo of lupines that had attacked her. She would tell Hannibal later that there were lupines in his terra. She really didn't care, but Hannibal would probably want to attempt to ge all of them out for the saftey of his mares and the few especially the three foals that occupied the terra. She gave a soft snort and shook her crown, pushing these thoughts out.
Her optics now were focused on the ivory stag, who was running his velvet kissers over the yellowing grass. Illusion hadn't eaten since the night before, and she had found a green patch. The yellow must taste awful, or it might not have any taste at all. Illusion was the kind of equine that only ate when she was really hungry. Most of the time she would only graze twice, maybe three times a day.
Her twin towers twitched as she heard the ivory's lyrics. He asked her if she was ready to help him strengthen his mind. She smirked. Of course she was ready, she was always ready. "Well Frasco, before going right in and doing that, we should try something else first. I want to start of by speaking to you telepathically. It would be quite a shock to you if I just started prying into your mind." She paused for a moment, drawing in a breath, and hoping that she had worded her sentence so Frasco could understand it. "So would you like to try that first, me just speaking to you telepathically?"
If he allowed her to do this, which she was sure he would, it would feel odd at first. Illusion didn't know how to explain the feeling when some one, or something, first spoke to by the means of telepathy. She stood quiely, waiting for the ivory stag to reply.

As Illusion explained to him that she should try talking to him telepathically, he nodded. Of course he would let her. The stag was eager, yet slightly nervous. What would it feel like? Were there any after-affects? Would it be painful? He certainly didn't know, but was about to figure this out.
"Sure, I suppose it would be best for me to learn slowly." With another snatch at the beige flora, Frasco raised his maw and looked at her intently as he chewed. His ivories ground at the vegetation with force, until there was no longer a pain in his gut. With that, a small smile appeared on his features. Now was as good a time as any. With as shake of his crown, the forelock covering his left eye was rearranged. The brute wanted to see everything that was a part getting telepathically speaking to.
Smile faded, and a mask of seriousness was replaced. Orbs fixated on the Paint, as the moon washed steed waited for something to enter his thoughts. What, he did not know.

Illusion smiled a bit when he nodded. This one wasn't afraid, that was a good start. She moved her bodice closer to him, keeping them a meter or so apart from one another. The white stag continued to chew on blades of emerald foliage. Illusion couldn't help but smile a bit and rol her orbs. Frasco always seemed to be eating. She then nodded her head in agreement when the brute said that it was probably best to take things slow.
"Now Frasco. There are a few things that you may or may not feel during and after my time talking to you. One, you may get the feeling of being cold, not freezing, just a tad cold. Two, your vision may blu a bit at first, but will restore itself within a minute r two. The last thing you may experience is an out of body experience, which is extremly rare, so I highly doubt if it'll happen. One of these may happened to you, maybe two, and in extreme cases even all of them, but most of the time the only thing tht happens is the blurred vision. "
Illusion shook her crown and let out a few deep breaths. "Ready Frasco?" she said in a quiet voice. Figuring that he was, she closed her eyes and began the process.
Can you hear me Frasco? If so nod your head or think your answer directly to me.
The enna opened her orbs and looked to the moon washed stag, waiting for hi mto do something.

The frosted hessian listened as Illusion spoke. She had said alot, but the side-affects were just caused alot of curious thoughts. As she asked him whether he was ready or not, he nodded his head very slightly. Now with an empty mouth, the stag concentrated and tried to find something deep within his thoughts.
Orb's open, his vision became disabled. It became a blurry mess, and everything was no longer seperate, but a whole. It was a rather stranger experiance, so lids covered his turquise chambers. At least like this there wasn't any blurring to see. Quite soon after that, he heard something. It was Illusion. Listening to what she asked him, he decided to try and talk to her. Yes, I hear you. This is pretty interesting, I'll say. Then a small smile spread across his kissers, and he waited for a reply.
Occ: I'm so sorry I haven't replied. Stupid me.

Illusion stood, watching Frasco for his reaction. When the stag closed his orbs, she knew that she had reached him. She smiled a bit. Frasco had a fairly strong mind for not being one of the Time Herd. Illusion felt that they had a special link, making it easier for him to hear her.
The vixen's audits flicked a bit when she heard him answer back. She smiled a bit and thought Yes it is isn't it. Quite an amazing thing the time herd can do. She paused for a moment and then continued. You have a fairly strong mind for one that is not of any Time Herd blood Frasco. I have a feeling that you will learn to block intrusions into your mind very quickly. When you are ready to begin just say so. She kept her chocolate optics on him as she 'spoke' to him.

When she replied, he sifted through her words and picked them apart. Wait, was that.. A compliment? The stag would've laughed, but instead took his pride and curiousity, added it to his remaining courage, and voila! more courage. Opening his optics, he looked around. The side-affect sure had taken affect, hence it's name. The tree's around him were liked a water-colour painting gone wrong. Smudges were splattered all over his page of vision.
Taking a big breath, Frasco closed his eyes again and waited for her next directions. Then it struck him: She could hear (or was it read) his thoughts. Had she been doing so when they first met? Warmth spread across the brutes carved dome, and his next question spilled out. With your ability, had you.. Read my mind earlier?
If she had, it would come to him as a surprise that she was still standing at this distance. Not that he was still having those thoughts. Of course, over time his perspective had changed a hefty amount.

ooc// sorry for not being on in so long. We didn't have internet at my house for a good month and a half and my dad just got it for us again. (we had to change services)
Illusion smirked a bit as his mind tried to figure out if she had just complimented him. In a way she had, but she thought it was more like stating a fact. It was more for his information to let him know that it would be easier for him to learn what she had to teach him.
The painted vixen glanced around at the trees they were standing by as a large crow-like bird swooped out of nowhere. Illusion snorted and focused back on Frasco as his vocals filled her mind. Illusion alost laughed at hearing his question, but kept herself calm and composed. Depends on what you mean by 'earlier' she stated. If your earlier means a few moments ago when you were trying to sort out wether I gave you a compliment or not, then yes I was. But anything before that I was not. She smiled at him, hoping that this would make him feel a bit better. Plus, it was the truth.
Illusion figured that she had better explain why she had been reading his mind several moments ago. The only reason I read your mind a few moments ago is because we are linked telepathically right now. When that connection breaks, I can't read your thoughts and memories without forcing myself to do so, which I wouldn't do unless it was needed. She bobbed her crown after she had finished and looked to the trees once again as a the big crow bird made some sort of cawing-cackling sound.
Frasco, are you expierencing any of the side affects? She asked, interested to know what the stag was feeling, or wasn't feeling.

Oc: Oh, no it's fine. =) Sorry about shortness. My muse isn't the best.
Frasco listened to the vix. Relief quickly flooded his features, for it was questionable what he would have done if she'd read his thoughts. He laughed slightly when she recalled what he had asked himself. Alright, then. Was all he said. It's not like he would admit that he had thought dirty thoughts. Never would he let it known, if possible.
The stag nodded slowly, taking in the information that she had told him. So much to learn! But he was willing to spend his time and... Master it? No, not master.. Get a taste of it? Whatever he wanted to do, this was it. He grinned at her and resumed concentration. He opened his lids, again, he quickly glanced around. Everything was still a blur. Yes, everything seems to be blurry, as you said it would be. He closed his orbs and then added, It's odd, but very curious. He almost said to himself.

ooc// active again! yay! Sorry I haven't ben on for awhile. First my internet ISP was cancelled and then my computer totally broke down. Now since school is done and I have a new computer and ISP, I will be on a lot.
Illusion smiled as Frasco spoke to her. Yes, I assumed you would feel one of them. Blurry vision is probably the best one to have, if you have to have any that is. But if you keep linking telepathically you will eventually have clear vision. It was true, after not having side affects, talking this way could be very useful, especially in battle or other dire situations that called for it. It was like a secret code. The only difference was that it could be done any time, any where, and around any one. No one would ever know.
The paint smiled at him. I would suggest we could go for a walk, but it's probably not the best of ideas since, you know, you can't really see all to well. She glanced up to the sky as she felt the warmth of the sun leave her pelt. Clouds. Dark ones at that. They were probably due for some rain by now anyway. It would do the grass some good.
Illusion was about to ask Frasco a question when something made her head hurt like hell. Oh no. No! No! No! Not now! she thought, not caring that Frasco would her here. She knew what was going to happen. A little thing about the Time Herd was that sometimes that had visions of the future, and this felt just like one was coming now. Some Time horses could see them when ever they wanted, and others, like herself, it just randomly happened to. They had no control over it what so ever. What ever this vision showed her, Frasco would see too. Her mind hurt too much right now to break the connection. It was then when her orbs, which were open, became blurry.
All of the sudden there was a Dark land, much darker then this 'Dark' land she lived in now. Then there were three equines with unnatrually coloured coats. The all had some markings that depicted flames or the wamr colours like reds and oranges. There was chaos all around, the forest burning, wild animals running for their lives, and she saw herself. She was sranding there in front of these horses who were the source of the destruction. Zunden. The Fire Herd was on the rise again. It was then gone, her vision cleared and she was breathing heavily. She looked to Frasco, not sure of what to tell him. Sorry. she mumbled in her mind. She glanced to the ground, blocking her thoughts from Frasco, even though she could still hear his.
