Here is a list of the Elemental Mark of each herd. Mind you that only the one who possessed the power and the heir held the Mark.
Fire Herd Mark – A flame, usually in red or black. This Mark symbolized death, chaos, destruction, pain, and the inferno that was the Fire Herd.
Water Herd Mark - A raindrop, usually in a shade of blue. This Mark symbolized all water in which these horses trusted and power in.
Wind Herd Mark – A bird, in any colour. This Mark symbolized the path, freeness, and beauty of the wind and the things it created.
Snow Herd Mark – A snowflake, usually in a shade of blue or white. This symbolized the land and element this herd lived in. It also symbolized the uniqueness of an individual since no two flakes are ever a like.
Sky Herd Mark – A cloud, usually in a light shade of blue, white or gray. This symbolized the great heights one could reach, such as the clouds.
Night Herd Mark – Either a star or a moon in any shape (crescent, full, half, ect.) in a shade of yellow, white or gray. This symbolized the mysterious and the unknown, just as that of the celestial bodies in space.
Day Herd Mark – A Sun, in a shade of yellow or gold. This symbolized the brightness, happiness, new hope and light brought to the world each day.
Earth Herd Mark – A hoof print or leaf in any shade of brown, gray, green, tan, purple or red. This symbolized the mark left in the dust by equine kind. The leaf shows the main thing that covers the earth.
Life Herd Mark – A butterfly in any bright or happy colour. This symbolized new life, changes and metamorphosis in every day life.
Death Herd Mark – A skull in black or rarely in white. This symbolized death, pain, suffering, chaos, evil, and destruction.
Time Herd Mark – A number from 1 – 24 in any colour. This symbolized the passing of the seconds, minutes, hours, day, weeks, months, and years.
Spirit Herd Mark – An Eagle or Gryphon in earth tones. This symbolized the power, will, determination, fire and free spirit of the mighty animals.
Love Herd (love, loyalty)- A heart in a shade of red, white or pink. This symbolized the love and loyalty to friends, mates, leaders, and the heard its self.
Wisdom Herd (wisdom, knowledge) – An owl. This symbolized the knowledge, wisdom, and history learned and gained by the heard. The symbol is an owl because owls are usually a symbol for wisdom.
