The chesnut mare stood boredly in the field, her coat having a slight shimmer to it from the dull sunshine. Her unusually forest green eyes scanned the perimeter with intesity, daring anyone to step forth and take her home. Her nsotrails flared to collect the odors that rode the wind, some fresh and some stale. Her ears flickered back and forth and her daggar stomped the cold Earth that had lowered its temperature as the seasons shifted to a cooler time; fall.
She stepped over the withered blades of grass towards a tree who's leaves had completely fallen and were littered all over the ground, occasionally picked up by the chilly winds and swept away. The birds that were to remain over the snow-covered monthes chirped quietly against the distant echo of roaring winds that stirred the tree branches and causing some to plumit to the ground with a swift snap. The fae shivered as goosebumps rippled down her spine as another sharp wind hit her body, making her loudly snort in displeasure, she shaking her mane.

Night Shadows Just Play With Your Mind. Nothing Else.
I took a walk around the world To ease my troubled mind I left my body laying somewhere In the sands of time But I watched the world float To the dark side of the moon
I watched the world float To the dark side of the moon After all I knew it had to be Something to do with you I really don’t mind what happens now and then As long as you’ll be my friend at the end
If I go crazy then will you still Call me Superman If I’m alive and well, will you be There a-holding my hand I’ll keep you by my side With my superhuman might Kryptonite
The obsidian stag jogged through Belle Valle. The last time he walked upon his lands, he was a Loner. It was a strange feeling to walk through a place you hoped to never see again. But this was different. This time he would be the one to welcome a stray. With a toss of his cranial casing, he cut the slack and headed into a smooth gallop.
The scents of horses still lingered in the air, along with the smell of Fall. As he came into a clearing, he could instantaneously smell another equine. Finally he was down to a two beat pace and was looking at the femmora a little ways off. A whinny climbed out from his throat, as he alwarmed the Chesnut of his arrival.
Night slowly walked towards her with his pallet lowered. This was a sign of respect. Then, stopping a few meter's away, he raised his maw. Now that he was close, her forest green orbs were visible. They were beautiful. "Greetings vix. I am Night, Lead Warrior of Terra Delle Liberta. May I know your calling?"

|+Lynx+| The Chesnut fae angled her head towards the call and the soft thud of daggars advancing towards her, spotting a stag that was slowing his pace. When he stopped, he lowered his pallet. She arched an eye-brow at him, her lips pulling up a little.
"Greetings, sir Night, " was her reply, eyeing the equine that had approuched her."Mine is Lynx." A puff of vapor issued out of her nose as she let out a soft breath, her raddars still searching for any unexpected danger while her orbs still lingered on the stallion, drinking in all the information as possible like a dog that hadn't water for many days. She seemed to like what she layed eyes on, because she raised her head slightly higher, lips pulling up to a smile.

So, Lynx was the name. Unique, in a good way. With a small smile, he flicked his banner for the heck of it, since there were no flies to be bothered by. "And I presume you are a Loner, m'dear?" he asked her this question in a calm and clear tone.
He could tell that she was happy to get the attention. She smiled a bit. Shaking his head slightly, he rearranged his forelock into a more appropriate position. The brute could see his breath as well as her's. That was a definate sign of snow to come. Good thing his winter coat was growing. There couldn't be anything worse than standing out in the cold with no blanket to cover up your naked carcass.
OCC: Sorry it's such a short post. I'm in a rush.

|+Lynx+| [[S'alright. And duuude, low on muse. ;-;]]
The fae nodded, her smile fadding slightly responding; "Right you are there, sir. "
As well, she flicked her whipcord without reason; indeed no flies. A motion of boredom, I guess you could say. A soft snort escaped her for a moment, waiting for further discussion. She lowered her head for a moment before raising it again, slowly lifting a dagger and scrapping at the frozen turf.

Well, now he just had to ask the awaited question. He was sure that Lassan wouldn't mind another Herd Member. As Lynx joined in with the tail flicking, she also began to paw at the ground. This was his signal that he should stir up the conversation a little bit.
"As you probobly know, I am going to ask you if you would care to join me on my walk back to Terra Delle Liberta. Would you like to come, Lynx?" The jet stag played the lyrics on his tongue like velvet. Smooth and soft. Taking a few steps closer, he was now facing the vix head on. If they were going to live in the same Terra, getting to know each other would be a good thing to do, hence war had struck. You wouldn't want to mistake someone innocent as a threat.
Turning his physique around, he turned his pallet to looked at her, waiting to see if she would follow. He hoped she would. This pretty essa was one not mean't to be passed by.
OOC: Blach, I haven't replied in a few days. : (

[[No problem, I guess now we are even, eh?]] |+Lynx+| The fae arched her eyebrows as the expected question struck,Will you join the herd?. Well, obviously it wasn't the exact phrase, but close enough. Lynx motioned her head in a nod, a small smile forming on her lips. "Of course, sir Night." she replied, stepping a few paces forward after the brute, and pausing as he did. She dipped her head, raddars flickering, to say for him to go on, having decided to come. She blinked as she raised her slightly tilted head again, watching him expectantly with green orbs.

As soon as she smiled, he knew the answer. When she walked closer to, he nodded "Right this way." He said politely. The Freisian started to walk, and once he passed a tree, he picked up a trot, then a slow canter.
What this mare would bring to the herd, he has no idea. But he sure hoped that Lynx would be accepted by the others, and add to Terra Delle Liberta in a positive manner. Looking back for the second time, he smiled warmly, and prodded on.
Ooc: I'll post in Terra Delle Liberta and she can follow.
