Masquerade You'd better hide your face my dear
The ebony figure moved through the misted land. He felt right at home here. His ebony and crimson whipcords smacked his hide as he plodded throught the brush. His strong obsidian pillars moved him along the hard, cracked earth. The mist was thick, he could only see a few meters in front of his face. He slowed his large frame when he detected the sound of a river. He wanted to make sure he didn't fall in.
As he walked along he began to wonder if any other equines were prowling the land tonight. The half moon was a third of the way in the sky, and very bright, illuminating the area. The mist made the grey earth look white with the help of the moon. Even though there was all this light, Masquerade was hidden in the shadows. Once he jumped with ease across the tiny river, he began to jog on again. He wasn't really sure where he wanted to go.
His audits came off his heavy skull as an owl hooted. He hlaf reared and began to chase the brown creature. He found it amusing to chase birds and other small creatures. He stopped in mid stride as he caught the scent of a vix. His ebony optics searched for where she was. He then rested them upon a shadowy figure in the distance. He let out a whicker and moved towards her.
