Batalla I need somebody to love.
The dust grey fae walked through the valley, her hooves being dragged behind her tired bodice. She heaved a sigh and then plooped down on the ground right where she had stopped. She had been traveling. Her amber optics shut as she lifted her dust maw high into the sky. A breeze whipped around her, sending her wet sand colour banner flying about her thick neck. She could just die right now after all that had happened.
No, she swore to herself she'd put it all behind her and never look back. Thats why she had come to Belle Valle in the first place, to start new. Forget her old life and those in it. she could try all she wanted, but she knew she would still remeber it all like it had just happened.
She shook her fine head and flicked her delicate towers. Her amber optics opened and she looked to the dimming sun. It was goign to be dark soon. She knew she should get up and find somewhere safe to stay so wolves wouldn't get her. She didn't care. Not anymore. She wasn't wishing to die, but she didn't care if she did either. To her all hope was lost. First her family, then the stallion she thought loved her and then Diez. She couldn't think of his name with out her heart breaking all over again. It had been almost a month, she should be used to it now, but she wasn't. She could still hear his voice, see his dapple grey coat and feel his soft banner on her maw. Why had this happened? she knew it was all Lua's fault. She blamed him for everything and she was right. He caused it to happen. If he just accepted diez then Batalla wouldn't be faced with all this. She would be by Lua's side with Diez in tow. That dream was crushed.
Now all she had to do was wait for a horse to come.

Carzeth trod into the lands. Long, ebony feathers swished and swayed, tied to heavy hooves and narrow legs. Muscles rippled under his flawless coat, long forelock covering his face, ears to his roman nose. Nostrils flared. Ears perked. Tassels danced behind him.
He saw a young looking fae, standing all alone. Now he had his chance. He arched his neck and jogged up to her, before stopping just ahead. Under his sleek foreloch he could see fair eyes, a grey coat, and a fair face. She really was a jaw dropper, but nothing like his Goddess.
"The name is Carzeth. Ruler of Terra De Scure."
He said, standing straight and tall, like a leader. He waited for her response, eager to take her home.

The dusty vix whipped her fine head around as she heard the sound of hoof-beats. She saw what appeared to be a stag coming her way. Should she stay? Should she go? Batalla didn't know what to do. If she stayed and went with him, the same thing that happened before might reply its self all over again. Her amber optics grew wider as he came closer. He bodice froze, her pillars not moving even though she tried her hardest to get them to go. He then spoke. His name was Carzeth and he was the leader of a land called Terra De Scure. "Hello." she said rather politely with a small nod of her crown.
She had spoken with out a shake to her voice, that was good. What else should she say? Should she give him her name? She decided she would give him her calling, what could it hurt? "Its a pleasure to meet you Carzeth. I am Batalla." she stopped there, getting lost. She would let him speak next. Her amber optics searched his features as she waited for the brute to speak.

The sunset colored brute trod onto the lands, determantion spread all over his face. Maw pressed into a smile as a grey came into view. The large, black King stood by her. He knew him, for they had formed an alliance, it twas Carzeth. Not wanting to break the alliance, he loped up and stopped near the mare.
"Flare thou vents, Carzeth. Tis that not the smell of smoke, to close for comfort on your lands? Better lope there quickly."
He said, in a cracked, worried voice. Burn was all to good at this 'acting' stuff. The only smell of smoke was from the Fire herds so long ago. You could still smell the thinest layers of smoke, as if they where right beside you. But Carzeth wouldn't know, because he was not a native.
Burn let pity shine on his face, lip quivering, tears rushing in deep orbs.
"Thou must hurry!" He spoke, and waited. Would his acting pay off?

The noble stag flared his nostrils, just as asked. Although it was silly to take orders from a younger lead, he knew Burn well. Smoke filled his nostrils, and it was coming from South, where his lands where. "Take my mare, Burn, as a token of my gratatude. Now, to go protect my herd against flames I must!" He said, and began to pick up a very speedy gallop, tassels and feathers flying behind him as he galloped.

Burn's gleaming neck went into an arch as he laughed inside. A cunning smile plastered on his maw. Alliance or not, he did not care. Out here, it was survival of the fittest. The young king turned his head to the lovely doe standing near him. "Dum stag. I'm Burning Eclipse..call me Burn. You are?" He said, with a bow of his head.
A 'brow' was quickered as she cowered beside him, a half smile made. She was enchanting..in her own cute, annoying way.

Batalla stood there as another stag come into veiw. The new brute and Carzeth started conversing. Batalla wasn't really listening to them, being that she was lost in her own thoughts. Next thing she knew, the one dubbed Carzeth went cantering off. She looked a bit confused and turned her head to the other bloke. The then said that his calling was Burning Eclipse, but for her to call him Burn. "Batalla." she said giving him her own calling. Why were all these darks comming after her? Why couldn't a neutral or a light just come and invite her somewhere safe? Batalla was still shaken up with what happened a few weeks ago and she didn't trust any one or any thing.

In the distance a faint purple light shone through the darkening light. It moved quickly and with purpose. The light moved closer and closer. The light moved into view enough for the outline of a horse to appear. A grulla appalossa stallion to be exact. This stallion was of the Sun herd. The only heir to the throne that he knew of. He was the son of the Sun God so it would take a bit to over throw him.
Tossing his fine dark mane, the stallion trotted briskly. He had not meant to stay away from his lands this long. He was nervous. Night was coming and he didn't like begin away from his territory, nor his lead mare for that matter, after dark.
Teap was feeling very nervous, and seeing horses ahead didn't help to calm him. Snorting, the stallion moved towards then, though he slowed down. No doubt they had seen him. It was a mare and a stallion. The mare, a pale grey, seemed nervous. She was sweet looking. Interest sparked through Teap, but he knew he should return swiftly home.
The strange stallion stopped him though. He looked like a dark. No doubt. Teap, being light, refused to let a pretty thing fall to the likes of him! With a snort, Teap strode towards them proudly. He arched his neck, lifted his tail and steppde proudly up to them. Ignoring the stallion's presence completely, the Sun stallion bowed his head to the mare.
"Good evening, beautiful one. I am Teap. Son of the Sun herd." In his head he kicked himself. How stupid did it sound saying sun twice. "Are you ok here my lady? Or is this stallion distrubing your peace?" He asked her sweetly, never once looking towards the stallion. It would no doubt cost him but for now the mare was more important.

Her light amber optics scanned the scenery. She didn't know what she was looking for, but she suspected that she was trying to locate another equine that wasn't a Dark. She knew it would probably be hopeless and she'd have to live her life by being forced to come to Burn's land. Just then her optics caught a glimering purple light in the distance. She took a small step back. What made purple light? She had never seen any purple light other than that reflecting off of water, or that in a rainbow.
Her optics strained to see what the light was coming from. She looked back to the one called Burn and then walked forth a bit. She could see the form of an equine coming out of the shadows, the purple light seemed to be radiating off of this equine. This horse had to be a Cavallo Dell'Isola for a purple light coming off of him. If he wasn't then he was radioactive but that couldn't be possible since there were no human devices on the isle.
The equine came closer and then stopped. He was a brilliant dun with purple markings. He then came closer to her and greeted her and told her his calling. He as dubbed Teap and he was a cavallo dell'isola. She smiled at him. He was a light. "Hello Teap. I am Batalla." She was glad he was here. She glanced back to Burn, who seemed not to be doing anything. Teap then asked if Burn was disturbing her. She looked to Burn and then to Teap "Yes he is." Her optics looked to Teap to see what he would say next.

Teap tilted his head to one side and smiled. He somehow knew she would say yes. Since she looked so uncomfortable with that other horse. Lifting his head to his full height the stallion glanced at the 'offender'. He frowned at him and finally acknowledged his presence. Though it wasn't what you would expect. "I suggest, that you move on stallion..." He spoke calmly, though his voice held a certain threat. Not bothering to hear the stag's answer. Teap looked to Batalla. "Batalla. A lovely name. You are lucky I was passing through this way. I am returning to my lands. The land of the sun. Would you care to join me. It is safe there. I would not usually jump into the deep end so quickly, but I am fretting for my mate. She is home alone you could say and it being a newly claimed territory, you never know what might appear." He glanced at the dark stallion at this, before looking back at the fae. His shoulder, the right to be exact, was glowing brightly. The light violet light casting itself upon the world. Under his left eye, four small dots glowed as well, some what obsuring his look.
Teap waited patiently for her reply. Though he shifted nervously, white and brown streaked tail flicking and his weight constantly shifting from side to side.

The one called Teap then told Burn to move on. Burn didn't even seem to notice either one of them at the moment. Batalla hoped that Burn would listen to Teap and take off. Her auds flicked as Teap started to speak once more. He had said her name was lovely. She didn't think so, she never knew why her mother named her Batalla, which mean battle or warrior in spanish. Atleast some one apreciated her calling. He then invited her to come and live in his land. He needed to get back to see taht his mate was okay. Batalla smiled at the invatation. Now she knew she wouldn't be the only other one besides him in the land. "I would love to accompany you back to your realm Teap. Jsut show me the way." She glanced back at Burn one last time. "Lets get going, I don't wanna stick around Burn any longer." She looked at him and waited for him to lead her to his land.

Smiling happily, Teap nudged the mare to reassure her. He then turned southwards, and continue his way towards his lands. " Come then my dear, and you shall see that land of the Sun Herd and meet Jupiter, my mate and daughter of the Night and Time." He led off them, trotting proudly away from Burn and towards his home. If the stallion had any issue with this, Teap wouldn't have a problem with 'discussing' it.
ooc. short post haha. no idea. Guess I'll make a post in his turf.
