Firestar walked around, she wasn't actually sure what she was doing, but she new that she needed a herd, not to make one, just find one that would take her, light or neutral would be fine, just a herd. She sighed, like that would happen. Maybe someone would be wandering around here, looking to make a herd, or claim some mares for their own, already established herd.
OoC- Sorry it's so short. I have a headache and can't think.

Torchwood
The palomino stag trotted through the lands, his ligt gold mane and tail flowing out behind his Arab body. His daggers hit the ground with as little sound as possible. He slowed hen the scent of another reached his nares. It was a mare. He had been looking for members for his herd. She might be a good addition. He walked around until he saw her. He lt out a whinny, a greeting. He kept alert not knowing if she was a htreat, if she was he was ready. "Hello." His voice was calm and it carried a Bitish accent to it. He waited for her to speak before he said any more. |

"Hello, and who are you?" Firestar was truly curious about this, what if he was making a herd, or had one, she would no longer be alone without a herd.

"I am Torchwood." he said. His sky blue optics looked her over. "And who might you be?" She was quite lovely. He flicked hi golden banner at a few flies.

Hello, Torchwood. My name is Firestar. Firestar smiled, well, she smiled as well as a horse could. This stallion seemed nice, and he was one of the few she had met in her life that she thought she could trust.

"Pleasure to meet you Firestar." He gave a small bow of respect. She had a lovely name. He looked over they bay mare. She looked to be a Quarter Horse or something related to that. "Firestar, are you looking for a herd?" he asked her, hoping she would say yes. Now Torchwood did not own his own land, but he belonged to a herd that was growing strong and needed members. He looked to her waiting for an answer.

"Why, yes, yes I am." This was exciting, was she being invited to a herd? This had to be the best thing to happen to her in a long time. Ever since she escaped, everything had been down hill from there. But now... But now things were beginning to look so much brighter!

He smiled as she said that she was indeed looking for a herd. "Well, I am inviting you to join mine if you wish, but there are a few things." he paused for a minute. "I am not the leader of the herd. The lead of the herd is a vix by the name of Fiana. She is looking for only the best of the best to join our small herd. There are only four of us. Whitefoot who is another stag, Phantom my lovely cousin, Destiny, and me." He paused once again letting this sink in. It was true only the best were accepted in this herd. She fit what Fiana was looking for. He only hoped she would be strong and determined when it came time to meet his leader. "What do you say Firestar?"

Firestar doubted that she would be good enough, but there was no damage in trying... Was there? "I say that I will come, and see if I am excepted... But, if she is looking for the best, I probably won't qualify. So, where would we go to find out?"

Why would she not qualify? She sure seemed like she would fit in. "Alright follow me." he said leading her to his home land.
