Okay, so just to get cleared up on this whole War Plot, whats going on? Please correct me if I'm wrong. So, the light and neutral herds are forming alliances, while the Darks are on their own.
Now, for the questions. In a herd, if a mare has a high rank, can they fight in the war? If a mare has a low rank, can they fight? If so, please specify how high or low the ranks must be, to fight. And the same questions, only now with stallions.
Does the Alpha Stag lead his/her herd members to war, or does the Lead Warrior? I'm guessing the Lead will, but I want to make sure. Oh, and if your playing a broodmare, or a stud, do you fight (for the broodmares, this is only if not expecting or caring for foals)?
If you lead a very small herd, can all (except pregant mares or mares with foals) fight in the war? Also, I'm assuming that if you play a young horse, it must be at the age in which it can breed. Am I right?
I know this is alot of questions, but I'd like to know this in case the War gets tangled up, and people start getting confused, or annoyed. Any more questions or answers woul be great, and if you have a plot that you'd like to share, I'm guessing we'll all discuss it and come to a decision. I'm sure some members might like to know whats going on, if they've been away for a week. My greates't thanks,

Yes, that is correct.
Well to fight your stallion/mare must be a lead or warrior. Betas may fight if their lead permits them to. If your herd is short on warriors, the lead warrior will tell the god. If the god permits it, the lead warrior shall choose herd members to fight under his command.
The Lead Warrior leads them into battle. The lead basically plans with him and fights when need be. Studs and Broodmares (without foals and not pregnant) may fight, but ONLY if their Lead tells the Lead Warrior to choose some of the best herd members to fight with them.
Yes, if their Lead and Lead Warrior permit them to fight, and to fight the equine must be three (thats 3) years of age.
I hope these are decent answers. I will go into more detail if you wish. I hope this helped you out a bit.
