I am offering to make you Icons/Avatars. There will only be five spots. My exapmle's are My Icon which I put together in five minutes, Camino's icon which took about fifteen since the horse was hand drawn, and TARDIS's icon which took fifty minutes and I only did it because she's my cousin, I will not be offering Icons as complicated as hers, sorry. Anyways below the slot list is the form to fill out for one. I hope the form makes sense.
