These kind of parties were always fucking lame. In the big city, she used to party hard all the time, get drunk off her ass, and wake up not remembering half of the night before. It was amazing. But with the crime rate rising in her previous area, she had been advised to move farther away to a different estate to save herself from being robbed. To put it simply, yes, she was a rich bitch, but not one that mooched off of her parents for the money. She worked her ass off, and now she was perched on a high position in a major corperation. Now, if only she could find some decent parties around here that was worth her status. She relaxed against the black leather couch and watched everyone without much interest, occasionaly sipping on her jagermeister. There were your typical sluts, douchebags, and sleazy wannabes amongst the crowd, but as she assessed, decided the turn out wasn't all that bad otherwise. One of her coworkers recomended her to go to this party since she lived in town now, and had gone on about how amazing this person's parties were. Well they better pick it up soon, or she was splitting with her jager to have a little party by herself back at home.
Just because she had money, didn't mean she was excessive over her things. She had a decent sized house, but didn't want to go all out with size. She was just a single person, and she'd just look stupid sitting at home by herself in a huge house. But she made up for it with decorating it with nice furniture and things and just generally spoiling herelf. Life was great. She took another swig of her jager, feeling pleasantly loose and bubbly from the alcohol, she got up, moving to squeeze through the crowd of warm bodies as they swayed to the beat of the music drifting from a pair of large speakers, still holding onto her half empty bottle. Finding a random guy that looked good enough, she smirked at him and began to dance with them, satisfied to see he was all too happy to spend time with her. It was better then sitting down being a loner. She took another drink of her jager, her eyes casting around the crowd, quickly becoming bored with the guy she was with, searching for another that might be worth her time.

Insanity stepped into the doors of the place. He had someone invite him here. But he wasn't here for them, since obviously he didn't bother to place a name or face for them. He wasn't here for that. He was here to see who would be his next on his list of randoms. He's been a murder since a child. Well, not so much a child. He was a perfect child, if we were looking before his mid teen years. It wasn't until he was about sixteen that he started his troubling actions. He never started with animals. He never even started with killing period. He just did normal teenage things, being stupid and immature. It was his adoptive parents caught him on using. But their murder was another story better let without the detailed knowledge of it all, not that the past mattered. Right now was finding his next to find themselves tortured and dieing. For as young as he was, he knew how to speak like someone from an older era. He arrived late. It didn't seem right for him to arrive on tie of early. Why cater to their need when he had his own to fill? Besides, not that it mattered that he needed to show up any who. He stepped inside the door after leaving his Lamborghini to the valet services, seeing the place was well crowded. Wouldn't be to hard to be able to eyes on some one without them noticing. He walked through the groups of people, doing his best to avoid any trouble from some drunk fools. He made his way to the bar that was set up in a room that could be defined as a man cave, but where else would it be in the crowded house party. He looked at the bartender without interest. He didn't think such a minimal person was worth anything, let alone taking their life. "Vodka." He simple ordered, not caring whether he what type he was given. He really wasn't exactly her for the boozes. He grab the drink, but lingered by the bar, glancing around the the room. He'll go through the house with a fine-tooth comb to find his next person. He walked the adjacent room before spotting her. He couldn't help but smirk to himself. The brunette was surely entertain to watch. He could tell she was looking for some escape from which she committed herself to. He wanted her to notice him without trying, so lingered with people who weren't dancing, but standing, talking, enjoy themselves. It wasn't exactly something he'd do, but he slid into the conversing group. They seemed to be debating something and asked his opinion since he was there. Soon he was in on the conversation. He glanced away to the little brunette, checking to see if was still were she was, or if she noticed him. He wasn't hard to point out. He was dress more casually, but more expensive clothes. And even the lit place, he had dark features about him. He had a look of a bad boy you could say. He didn't care that the people soon drifted from him as he stopped chatting with them as much. He wasn't exact the talking type. He kept an eye over the crowd, glancing over the brunette every once in a while, listening as the music faded to a different song of about the same beat.

She hated when she got stuck with these kind of men. She of course wasn't very good when it came to judging men right off of the bat, which didn't often end as she planned. But as everyone always says, there are plenty of fish in the sea. She tried to keep that in mind as she forced a smile for the guy she was with, though her orange eyes flickered quickly about the room so she could find an excuse to walk away or someone else to be with. And thats when she saw him. Mister tall, dark, and handsome standing maybe a few feet away. Did he just look her way? He screamed trouble, but what was life without a little risk? She looked back towards the man she was with as she felt his hands brush down her sides, her eyes narrowing at the slightest as they strayed toward her ass. Ha, as if. She made an excuse that her friend was here and slipped away, using the crowd as cover in case the guy decided to follow after her. If he did, she would have to quit being nice and tell the creep to fuck off. But she shook those thoughts off as she approached the intriguing stranger, a small smirk curving the corners of her lips. " Hey there, come here often? " she asked jokingly, peering up at him. "Why are you standing here all by yourself? I can gladly change that, if you'd like, " she said, blinking her eyes as she stared into his equally unusual ones. She was always a bold and straightforward person, and if she wanted something, she worked to get it. And she was eyeing something very appealing to her interest.

His eyes continued over the crowds, returning the brunette that was dancing. He knew the guy that was with she would screw up something, most likely leading her to want to escape him more. He took a drink of his vodka as the brunette finally move away from him, pushing her way around the crowd. He stepped back towards the wall as some people tried to squeeze past him. He hated the crowd. It made it harder to do anything more freely, but of course, it made it easier to go unnoticed by people. People who might talk to the police about the someone when someone goes up missing, rather killed by him. The bigger the crowd, the less witness. It's funny how that worked, but it did work none the less. But of course, no people was better. All the better. There then would be for sure no witness then to the crimes he'd like to comment. But of course, that didn't always happened. He kept an eye on the brunette as she approached him boldly. He smirked at this fact. She was probably all too confident that nothing would happen to her. But behind his gentleman facade, there lied a demon, his true demeanor. She was easily lured so far. He listened slightly as she talked, pretending he thought that he little joke was funny with the slightest laugh. It wouldn't be too hard to drag her away to her demise after some talk and more drinks. She was already half way there, he was sure, since she had most likely gotten here before him. He took another drink. "My friends were here. They left earlier. They apparently have 'lives'. But I came in late."
He finished soon. He wasn't much for talk, but what ever it takes to get his victims, he'll do. He smirked again when she said she could change the fact he was now standing alone. "I wouldn't mind at all if you stuck around." he said, thinking for a moment. "What brings you to this place? It's not that great of a party." He ask, trying to use his words like any normal person, trying to make her guard go down further than it was already. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Even though he laughed, she could tell he really didn't think her little joke wasn't all that funny. Being high up in corporations meant you were pretty good at reading people. She hated when she messed up, and it made her slightly falter as she stood by him. Especially when it came to men, she liked to appear like a badass hot bitch. Didn't everyone though? She allowed her eyes to wander for a moment before he spoke, and brought her attention back to him, telling her about how his friends left. She nodded, still slightly taken aback by his not-so-obvious rejection. "I'm sorry to hear that," she said, raising an eyebrow slightly. "Then why didn't you just leave? Its better to be here with friends than by yourself." She was being hypocritical when saying this though, because she was by herself too. Her coworker had bailed on her, but insisted she come to this party anyway. What a waste of her fucking time. But the man seemed to share her thoughts, because when he next spoke, he mentioned that this party wasn't all that great. She nodded in agreement, then shrugged. But at least he wouldn't mind her company, anyway. "My coworker recommended it," she said, sighing in exasperation. "She obviously doesn't go to very good parties to think this one is good at all. " She shook her head, annoyed at the fact, as she glanced around the room, taking a sip of her jager bottle. She was thinking of just leaving soon, this place wasn't worth her time, even with tall dark and handsome with her.

He watched her glanced over the crowd. She must read people very well to see he didn't think he little joke wasn't that funny. Of course, even if he, or anyone else for that matter, wasn't faking it, they wouldn't be dieing of laughter on the floor like some insane hyena, even if it was something of a real laughing matter. He did have a better look of her now than before. He smirked once more. She did have a pretty little face. He mentally laughed and scoffed at himself at the same time. He normally didn't take notice with someone's look when it came down to killing them. His victims were random, with random M.O.s. He didn't need or want any one in particular or a special way to kill. All that matter was keeping to so he never got caught and bodies went unfound. And if found, he knew there would be no way to recognize them or find any good, decent, solid evidence. He knew noticing things wasn't really anything to do with his need to kill. Perhaps he could could keep her alive for a couple days, have his way with her before he ended her. He let her go on to why he hasn't left himself when his friends left. Probably because those friends don't actually exist. She might be a good reader, but obliviously, she couldn't see through all lies that well. At least he had more of advantage again. "Well, just got here. I figure I might as stick around for a couple drinks before I head back home."
He said, slightly wishing already he had came earlier. But if he came earlier, he would already snapped someone else up and already slaughtered them. He did hate when something did go perfectly. It was too smooth, too boring. Of course, he'd hate it if it went completely awry. He smirked as she said that a co-worker invited her and that she agreed that the party wasn't one that was really that fun. "Well, I have heard of a club in the city. Apparently they have a big up do tonight." He said, looking around for a moment. He was sure there was probably more people here earlier and all the people invited to come didn't actually make it here. "I'm sure a quite a few people ditched this place to go there." He said, smirking once more, looking down at her. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

She was really beginning to favor the idea of just heading home. She highly doubted anything here would be interesting enough to keep her here, and the allure of the man she was talking to was fading fast. Sure, he was sexy and there was something about him that intrigued her, but there were plenty of other men that had similar qualities. Not a huge fucking deal to ditch someone she met three seconds ago anyway. Her lips parted slightly to allow her tongue to play idly with the black snakebites on her mouth, before moving to raise her bottle to her lips and drained the rest in a few quick gulps. She felt giddy and relaxed like she always did when she got drunk, and having a whole bottle of jager could send anyone over to the island of drunken bastards. Woo hoo. She was going to be having a hell of a fucking time driving home without crashing into someone (oh her poor poor mustang) or getting pulled over by the police. She pulled out her phone from her back pocket to check the time. 9:30. Wow, time was really dragging.
She listened to him as he spoke, nodding as he told her he figured he should stay for a few drinks. She huffed quietly as he talked about a club's big party, wishing she would of headed into town. "Pretty smart move of them," she said, shaking her head, wincing as her vision blurred for a moment, "but the city is too far of a drive this late. By the time anyone else got there, all that there'd be left is drunken horny assholes. What a waste of a Friday night.." She tapped her fingers on the empty bottle, before casually ditching it on a side table to her right. No use for it now that it was dry. She was tempted to get another drink, but currently she was putting up a huge fight to keep herself still instead of swaying around like a lot of other people were doing right about now. This party was so boring, all you really could do was drink. She was surprised that cops weren't called because of all the drunk idiots leaving and driving. Police were funny, they were revered in a false sense of authority and fear, when really they were so easily swayed by money bribes it was ridiculous. Not that she was complaining though, it saved her ass from the court system and definite jail time on several occasions. How fortunate for her. "You haven't told me your name," she said with slightly raised eyebrows, unable to control the slight slur of her words before she cleared her throat to make her look a little bit more sophisticated.

Insanity watched as she finished off the rest of her drink then throwing the empty bottle aside. He thought of downing his own drink right now, but he didn't. He couldn't afford to be drunk on a night like this, where he wanted to kill someone. He would probably try something stupid and such and wind up in trouble that he couldn't even talk or bribe his way out of. He took a drink from the vodka he had, scanning the group of people around them. Talk about a whole another world. Most these people were so wasted they'd probably need another set of legs to stay up right, and still not be able to stand exactly right. They all swayed in their drunken mood. It's funny how liquid courage was more like pure idioticity, but the alcohol did help quite a bit sometimes, so he really couldn't complain about it. He looked back at the girl as she began to speak. He knew that asshole part well, being in a few drunk brawls himself as well as witnessing them. "More than likely. There's probably already been a few people thrown out for harassing someone else or getting into a fight."
He said, glancing off for a moment as he heard a commotion in the other. "Doesn't sound like it's going to too much different here soon." He finished, looking back down at her. He listened to the commotion from were he stood for a moment before loosing interest quickly. Such fools. It sounded like two guys just look at each other and that's what set off the fight. He was glad he didn't have to watch it, because they honestly sound more like they were in a pillow fight. She suddenly heard her say she hadn't told her his name. Most generally, he's give a fake name to others, but she was going to be a victim tonight, so he'd let her know his real name. "Insanity. How about you?" he asked, watching her carefully as she ever so slightly swayed now and then, trying to keep herself upright while her speech was slurred. She was pretty much gone and drunk. That surely gave him an advantage over her, for the little bit of vodka he had in him has yet to effect him, which wouldn't be to bad, since he was use to drinking more than this.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

She was really considering going for another drink. She was already just about shitfaced anyway, so why the fuck would it matter ? If she was really worried about driving, then she could have someone come and pick her up from here. No big deal. She turned her gaze to a pair of men as their voices rose and they began to swing at each other, just as the man beside her spoke. She gave a laugh as she watch the men attempt to 'brawl', and even the people around them quickly lost interest. Drunk fights could be brutal, but this one was just child's play. She had been in a few fights herself, but 'chick fights' were a lot different then 'dude fights'. She had a habit of grabbing their hair and socking them in the face. It taught the bitches to stay in line.
Roulette looked back up at the stranger as he told her his name, and she smiled. Insanity. That was a bit of an unusual name, but she had an unusual name herself, so she wasn't complaining. "Roulette," she replied, nodding. She ran her fingers through her long brown hair, her orange eyes scanning around the room. She pursed her lips before she shook her head to herself, looking back up at Insanity. "I'm going home," she said suddenly, before giving him a girlish wave with a sloppy grin. "See ya." She turned away, pulling out her car keys as she stumbled through people towards the door.

Insanity didn't even bother to look to the side where the two drunks that so lamely fought that no one could watch for more than a damn second. It was the only reason why he hated alcohol, but not really alcohol. Just people that didn't know how to hold their liquor. He knew damn well that people really didn't stand a chance against him in a brawl. Didn't help with what dark secret that was there with him. But it didn't matter. He watched for a moment as the crowd went back to routine of not caring, swaying, and staggering about. "Interesting name." He mentioned, slightly distracted. His attention turned back to her as she suddenly just waved her hand in his face and saying she was just going home, heading out the door the moment after. He caught up to her, catching her shoulder. "Roulette, I'm guessing your a little to drunk to actually drive." He started. He had a feeling that he shouldn't loose this one. She was somewhat of a catch. "Maybe you should let someone drive you home or somewhere to sober up at. I haven't had much to drink tonight." He said, watching her with a small smirk on his face. He knew that she'd think about it. What person would want to would consciously not think of letting someone drive them so that they didn't ruin their car, even if they can afford a new one whenever. He patiently waited for the alcohol to let his words get to her and for her to respond. (GAH! My muse died half way through. I am sorry.)

Roulette turned her head to look back at Insanity as he grabbed her shoulder, and it took her muddled mind a moment to actually process what he was saying. Her eyes narrowed only the slightest, focusing on his face as she swayed slightly. She then shrugged her shoulders, raising her hand out to offer up the keys. "S'pose you could drive me home. It's the black charger in the back," she said, before turning to head back out the door she had left half open when he had called her attention. She held onto the railing as she stepped down the stairs, glancing around at the small groups of people congregated around outside in the front yard. She tried to keep her walk steady but she still swayed; walking in heels was becoming increasingly difficult. She found her way to her car and then leaned against the passenger door, waiting for him to unlock it so she could get in and not have to risk tripping all over herself anymore.

After waiting for her to process what he said, Insanity took the keys she offered to him. "Not a bad choice in a car." He said, not actually caring what the car really was. No, right now, he had her in his grasp. As she walked ahead of him, he smirked. Tonight was at least not all in vain. As she staggered her way to the car, he could only think blankly, or at least his thoughts that were in mind we not really registering anymore. He reached the car as she leaned against it. He walked to the passenger side, putting the key in the door, turning it, popping it the door slightly open from behind her. He glanced down at her for a moment after before stepping away from her.

Roulette watched him as he headed across the lawn and through the cars parked on it over to her car, and stepped away from the door slightly to allow him to unlock it for her. She slipped around him, brushing her body against him as she moved to climb into the passengers seat and sat down. She closed the door and glanced at him through the window, waiting expectantly. She didn't really process how he was going to get home since he was driving her, nor did the question cross her mind. All she was really thinking of was her sudden feeling of the munchies, and was debating on what she would eat when she got home. Or, rather, which one she would eat first. [fail again]

(That very last part, "Which one she would eat first." XD I am dying! Makes my day!) Insanity got in on the other side, pushing the key to the car in place, turning the engine over. The car roared to life. He started to pull out of the place. He didn't know where she lived, but she was honestly seemed too drunk to care were she went. He drove, turn from where he came. At least she'd be easier to deal with tonight than other people on an average night. Insanity glanced over her and she seemed like she was deep in thought over something, but he didn't know over what, but it couldn't be anything too complex nor probably all too important. He had a sense that she was probably also too drunk to actually tell him where she lived, so he thought it just be easier to take her back to his place, not like he didn't plan to take there in the first place. He pressed on the gas as he went over the speed limit some, not that it mattered, most the cops would be in town more so than out here.
(Sorry I failed. I had all the intentions to try to save it here, but no work... Stupid Insanity.)
