I've Been Called;; Amorette I've Lived On This Planet For;; Four Summers Yes, I'm A;; Vixen I Stand At;; 15.7 hands My Pelt Is Recognized As;; Palimino My Banner Shows;; Creme My Fly Swat Comes In;; Creme My Orbs Are Flushed;; Deep Brown I'm Unique Because Of My;; Blaze and White Hindquarter Socks I'm Standing In;; Neutral Ground The well balanced vixen trotted out into a field. She could feel the humidity rise up her legs, soaking them in persperastion. She walked around the perimeter of the field stoping in shade every now and then to cool herself off temporairly. Finally she found a large oak that spread it's branches out, and then it's leaves, making a canopy. The grass haulted in it's growth spurt under the shade, since it didn't get all the requirments needed. The grass was short, and dry, but still edible. Amorette stood under the tree until she decided this was where she would stay. She shook her banner, then stamped her foot. It was sort of an odd habit. Whenever Amorette set camp, she would do this ritual, but if she did not, she wouldn't feel settled. She flicked her tail, reaching her rump, to swat the vermants in which every horse despizes. She took a few steps toward the trunk of the tree, and once beside it, she rubbed her bodice to itch the irritating itch. She lifted her sculpted head from the spiked vegetation, and looked around. She let out a loud whinny, hoping another equine would return her call, although she doubted that. She shook her head once more, removing her frothy colored forelock, and revealing her deep chocolate brown orbs. She snorted, and lowered her maw to the ground, so that it was hovering. She began snipping the dried grass, looking up every now and then, with a hopeful look in her eyes, then returning to the safe place she called ground.

An ebony took her breed's characteristic trot amongst the fields of Belle Valle, she was heading back to her lands in order to call a meeting with her herd members; that was when she caught scent of an equine in the area, a fae such as her self. Fiana's nostrils flared, taking in the scent that lingered about. She had a change in direction, now wandering towards the Palomino. Her gait slowed to a harsh walk, her hooves hitting the ground with heavy thumps.
"Tell me, what is a fae such as yourself doing here so very alone?" She didn't wait for an answer. "Or, are my eyes deceiving me; is there a herd in the area that you belong to? If not, I will be quick to the chase, as my humans used to call it, I am in search of the best of the best, and you appear stout enough, so if you think you can tough it, I suggest it be on safe wish for you to join me on my trail back to Terra de Rocas."
Fiana wasn't one to usually be so blunt, and that was for the mere reason that she like to interact a little with the equines before she requested they join her. However, today was a rushed day, and this femme had much to do. She needed new members, and if she could get this Trotter moving she might be able to converse and judge her as they tracked back to her lands.

As she grazed, her thoughts were interupted by a proud voice. It was a fae. She quickly lifted her maw, and held it at an exceptional height. She looked in the direction of the mare, eyed her suspiciously, hearing her invitation so quickly. It wasn't normal for most leaders to come to such a quick decision and ask them to join they're herd. Especially this equine. Her group seemed to have certain criteria. She hoped she met the needs of the horse's herd members. After the dun gave a quick head to hoove checkup, she met the obsidian's liquid orbs, and spoke. "I, fair one, am in search of a place to call home, shelter." she paused "My heartbeat is free to anyone who has the desire to own it. I would be pleased to follow you back." she looked around, making sure she and the horse in front of her were the only one's around "Stout, I do not know. For I don't take much interest in my own physical and mental characteristic's. Though, I do, for one, know that I strive for excellence. Some might call me a perfectionist, but I have a different description." she said, before flicking her swat, chasing off a bundle of insects for a while longer. Her stance was relaxed, but cautious. Eyes hopeful, yet not desperate.

The equine began a gentle walk once more as she saw the palomino at her side. Good, she had hooked another. The equine watched the fae as she walked, and it came to her attention that she had a long back like her own, that could only ean she was a trotter like herself. Sure, Missouri's had some significant confirmation differences, by all trotters shared that elongated back. Fiana had to test her theory, and picked up into a trot, it was the truest test. The fae, despite her doubts, had caputured Fiana's attention one way.
"Well, essa, you may not be stout in your mind, but I'll be the judge of that. And, by your confirmation, I am certain I can find a suitable position for you in my herd." Even if it was only to pass on the trotter lines within Isola Dei Dei. She wouldn't include that part for now though. The fae seemed a decent enough catch, and she seemed fairly willing to please if it meant a home, that attitude worked well for Fiana. She needed to make sure that her equines were loyal in case an overthrow came into question.
"Tell me... of your past." She left the query somewhat vague to see what came to the Trotter's mind first.

As the fae picked up a trot, Amorette sped up to match the equines pace. Her front foot hit the ground the split second the opposite hind quarter. When the mare asked her about her past. She was struck. She concentrated infront of her for a while, then finally spoke with an open mind "I was born with the humans." she said simply, "My sire and dam are very vivid in my mind. We were being shipped across the water's," she said, refering to the other foals. "As far as I know, for some peculiar reason, we were brought to this island, and set free. The mortal's that did this didn't seem to have intentions of hurting us, but we were all to weary to take note. We all seperated. I'm not sure if many of them survived, but judging by now, I lived." she said. She and the other foals were mean't to be shipped to England for furthur use, but the people on the ship were against the whole riding horses shabang. They released the colt's and fillies hoping they would form a herd and survive. Eventually they went to jail, but never confessed to where the purebreds were brought too.

Her ears shot up as she herd of humans actually coming to the island; the ebony let out a grunt. Fiana wasn't fond of humans, even though she had been raised around them. She could only hope those humans had not spread the word of this island. This fae wasn't going back to the ranch life where she was bred only to be bred. She loved her heritage, but she didn't think humans had any right in messing with it. She shook away those thoughts, quite literally, her head bobbing in mid-step; in fact it had been the pestering flies that subdued her from her thoughts and brought her to new ones.
So, in fact, the fae was a trotter, it was good to know. And, Fiana being partial to their elegant trot, well, she would accept the fae. And, she let her know it by heading strong into a fierce gallop, "let us hurry... Terra de Rocas is not far!"
Indeed, they were but a mere mile from it's rocky enterance.]\

Amorette both heard, and saw the mare's reaction to her past. She, too, shuddered at the thought of two-legged mortals setting foot on this land. It all seemed too good for them to spoil, like they had done with the inland.
As the Trotter infront of her broke into a rushed gallop, Amorette did the same, staying at the fae's side. She listened to the ebony vixen before flicking her ears foreward and zoning in on her destination, although that was unknown territory for her. Soon to be home. The flies and what not seemed to have quit jestering eachother, being too slow to stay in pace with the mare.
Amorette was relieved to have found a herd. She would thrive upon the others. She wanted to be wanted... As she trailed off in her thoughts, she noticed she was slowly loosing her rythm, and quickly regained it, taking her original spot beside the equine. Her creamy mane and tail wavered in the wind she produced as her daggers struck the earth, each time leaving a small cloud of dust, and a shallow indent.

The ebony noticed that her rhythm was off, and her head shifted back slightly to make sure everything was alright. However, she soon picked the beat back up. With that Fiana tossed her head foward, a loud whinny escaping her maw, as she took a full pace ahead. It wasn't long until they breeched through the stoney arch that lead into Terra de Rocas. This was the only way in and out of Terra de Rocas, the rest of her land was surrounded by mountainous features that blocked in the land. The only way to get in without using this enterance was too climb those ferocious mountains, a feat rather hard for most equines.
Fiana skidded to a stop at the enterance, her nose pointing high as she looked over her lands. The ground at their feet appeared barren and grey, but as you looked over the scattered tree tops, you could see lush plateaus peaking over the tree-tops. It was a beauty to Fiana, and she could only hope Amorette felt the same.

When the fae looked back at Amorette, the palimino nickered. As she and the other mare galloped through the stone arch, Amorette couldn't help look up. The ebony and the dun haulted, looking around. Amorette noticed how proud the Goddess appeared, and understanded one hundered purcent. It was such a breath taking sight.
The creamy dun was motionless, her specs wondering the lush scape that was furthur in. Once she thought she had taken it all in, she spoke, her voice clear, but quiet "It's..... Stunning." she said in awe. She waited for the Leader to speak, tell her about the wonderful lands that they had set foot on. It seemed as though out of nowhere an eagle came swooping down. It's talons sinking into the flesh of a rusty red jackrabbit. By the looks of it's ivory crown, it was a Bald Eagle. The bird launched ack into the sky, taking the powerful hare with it. As the winged animal set out into a large tree, from a distance the rabbit appeared to have failed in it's fight for survival.

The ebony gave a sheepish smirk as she noticed the awe that her lands set upon the palomino. "This land is new to me, I've only lived here for a moon cycle now." She paused, watching as the hare was lifted away to its demise. "Many creatures share these lands with this herd, some friend... and others foe." Indeed, there were many coyot and bobcat in the land that had their eyes on the large equine, and they were just waiting for the herd to have foal... easy prey.
"I will leave you to explore my lands, fae... my herd will be in meeting soon, I hope you shall join us. By the way, what is your name?"

OOC: No, I'd like her to meet the herd members. It would be best if she comes to the meeting. By the way, sorry for the shortness.
Amorette breathed a sigh of content before lifting her head, and looking at her Goddess. She gave a short bow of respect, arose, and spoke "If you don't mind me asking... Dawn, or dusk?" she said, refering to the meeting. She wanted to come on time. She hoped it was sooner than later. As she waited for an answer, she searched the mare's eyes for any sign of emotion. She found some, but was slightly confused by it, and decided to ignore it rather than start a fuss over nothing. The vixen shook her mane, at ease.

The ebony nodded slightly as she listened to the query. This night was already growing late, and the fae had been rather busy. She needed to rest before their meeting. "Dawn, the first thing tomorrow morn'. I'll call an alert foryou to come."

Amorette nodded. She was slightly disapointed, but showed no emotion of the sort. The flies had stopped landing on her rump, and things had quieted down for the day. "Yes, that would be of most help." she said. "I feel you should know that I express much gratitude. If I had not found a herd, I would probobly have gone searching elsewhere, in places most horses do not tend to go." she said, her voice quiet and gentle.
"Well then, I best be on my way..." she said, her tone back to it's normal height.

The fae kept that smirk on her maw, and she bobbed her head gently. "Well, essa, any new recruit is well appreciated; your gratitude is well-taken too, though there is no need. Believe me, the herd shall be just as gatuitous to have new numbers. I am sure you will prove yourself great, fae." With that she looked to the head mountain. "Fell free to explore the lands, be wary of the wildlife though." With that the ebony headed out into the tree-littered outlands, making way to the paths she had carved out throughout the lands. "I will see you soo, essa."

OOC: Opps, I forgot to tell her the name. Let's just pretend she did, okay.... Lol.
Amorette didn't know why, but for some reason she felt comforted by the mare's words. The femme turned her canvas around, and began to walk into the dense woods, keeping a sharpe eye for preditors. She soon came across small clearing in the forest. In mid day must be stunning. She settled in the grass. She heard the creatures of the night wandering about. At one point she heard a raccoon, but luckily the breeze was going the opposite direction, and it soon went elsewhere. Her mouth was qute dry, which inticed her to nibbled on the long grass around her. It was sweey, an moist. She guessed the dew had made tit's way down onto he vegetation.
