[[lol very nice analogy. i just felt the need to defend her...i don't have charries that i can truly flip out with]] Vatra The mare snorted again as the other moved away, lyri hit her harks and she flinched with irritation. Pools rolled in her crania. Nares expanded and contracted as she took a deep breath calming herself. Whatever mare. She turned back to face Aiden, keeping the mare to her side, not behind her. Though she felt no threat from her, she was taught never to turn her back. Tail flicked, releasing the pent up tension in her bodice. Again she waited for the rest of the herd to arrive and for Aiden to start the herd meeting.

Aiden The Last Fire Lord
Aiden turned his crown to face Cirque who gave a him a bow. He smiled at her and lowered his crown in greeting. He figured he had enough herd members to start the meeting. Only then did Ainthe come upon the gathering. Aiden nodded his tiara to her and let out a whuffle of a greeting. Now they for sure had enough members to start this little meeting.
Aiden turned his bodice around, only to find Vatra yelling at Romance and Ember. Aiden walked closer to the three of them. "I will not tolerate this type of behaviour from any of you!" he said loudly and sternly, his vocals growing louder with each word. "If all of you 'control your tempers' there won't be any need for this pointless arguing, now will there?" he said glancing at the three. "Now I'm going to ask you to stop and pay attention." he said louder so the rest of the herd could hear him.
He was just about to speak again when and ebony, orange, and blood vixen came upon the scene. She walked up to him and introduced herself as Safara. Aiden was sure that she was a pureblood, if she wasn't, then why would she risk coming into the land? "Well Safara, I think we have anough room for you. Welcome to the herd." he said, very monotone.
Aiden turned around to face his herd once again. "Now that you are all here I'd like to get down to business." he said, loking over the group of equines. "First thing I would like to get out of the way is the issue of the duke, dutchess and knight. I will need two males for the knight position and the duke position, obviously, and I will need one female for the knight postion. The dutchess will be chosen by the duke when he gets appointed. So who ever he fancies will be the dutchess. I will be watching you all closly to see who will make the best knights and duke. I will then call another herd meeting and announce who I would like for each position. Is this clear to every one?" he said, glacing around at all of them.

Vatra The femme nodded her dome stiffly as he chastised her for her outburst. I beg your pardon, sir. Soft lyri replied as she watched him return so he could start the meeting. Harks were poised, listening to him and again she nodded her dome in understanding. Vatra was curious as to which position each would achieve. It was all of their duties to be loyal to the Zunden and help their herd to grow larger and stronger. Orbs flicked to each of the equines present, and came to rest on Aiden's form. Her dome was held after he finished talkikng and she waited to see if there was anything else Aiden needed of them.

Cynnau Drwo 'r danio a 'r ffaglau arweiniwn acha The chestnut hellion strode into the land, his crown held high. He knew right where he was going; to see the last Fire Lord. He had heard talk from several rather chitty-chatty little birds that the Zunden were once again rising in power.
His ebony optics searched the land as he lifted his ebony maw into the air to test for the scent of other equines. He broke into a trot when he caught their scents and heard the sounds of their lyrics. He thought that the whole herd must be meeting at the moment. He snorted as his long strides quickly covered the distance between him and the group. This was the first time the Zunden had this fantastic land to call their own for at least three centuries, if not more.
Cynnau slowed to a walk as he made his way to the the lead stag, who was speaking at the moment. When the stag finished speaking Cynnau moved closer to him, lowering his ebony crown, making his fiery chestnut forelock fall over his right optic. "Hello. I am Cynnau, on of the last Zunden purebloods and I have to come to join this army." he said proudly in his deep voice. "So, Fire Lord with your permission I would like to join you and help to take back what rightfully belongs to those of pure Zunden blood." He bowed to the Fire Lord and glaced up at him, hoping he would be allowed in.

Aiden The Last Fire Lord
Aiden snorted, accepting Vatra's apology. He was just about to dismiss the group, when another equine made his presence known. Aiden's aydits went back as the stag approached. Before saying anyhting, the stag introduced himself as Cynnau. Aiden gave a small nod of his crown as the stag told him thst he was of pure Zunden blood. Cynnau then asked permission to join the herd. "Welcome Cynnau. Since you are pureblood, I don't see a reason why you couldn't join us."
Aiden then turned his attention back to the rest of the herd. "As I was saying, I will be watching you all very carefully and next meeting I will be appointing the positions. I will be selecting a beta stag and two knight. The duke my then choose his dutchess. As for the two knights I will be selecting a male and a female. They will be in charge of helping me organise attacks on the other worthless horses who live on the isle." Aiden paused and glanced around. "And of course, I will be looking for a mare who shows the strenths and intelligence of a leader to become the Fire Lady. That is all." he said with a bow of his crown, dismissing all the herd members.

Vatra Vatra nodded to the Fire Lord, nape arching downward in a bow, mirroring his own. Her bright pools flashed about the members, though she knew this wasn't all of them. She turned around and started away at a slow trot, mind running through those she'd met and which of them would be good for the positions that Aiden had mentioned. Banner whipped against her hide and each step of her hooves left burning red patterns in the charred terra behind her. Auds were still raised as she glanced across the horizon. Her dome was held high and she stopped not far away, to lower her nares to the ground.

Tewyn I bring the fire The ebony stag galloped into the land. Stupid Cynnau. he thought. How could he just leave me there? That little git willl get it when I'm alone with him. Now where could he have gotten off to? I suppose he found the Fire Lord and introduced himself already, beating me there. I told him it wasn't a race, but does he ever listen to me, oh no. Everytime I tell him not to do something, he does it and when I tell him to do soemthing, he doesn't do it. And I can't even use reverse psychology on him either, cause he'll pick up on that in a flash.
Tewyn sighed and slowed down as he heard the voices of several equines. He slwoed to a walk and samped his crimson socked pillar on the hot ground. He lowered his crown and walked towards the group, stopiing to nod his head at a vixen making her way past him. When he finally made it into the gathering, he picked out Cynnau in no time at all.
Tewyn slowly made his way next to his twin brother and halted, looking at, whom he presumed was, the Fire Lord. "Hello Fire Lord." he said with a quick dip of his crown. "Pardon my intrusion, but I was left a bit behind my brother Cynnau here. I have also come to join your herd. I am Cynnau's twin, so I am of pure blood." he told the Fire Lord, looking at him with question, hopingto be accepted.

Milintica I am getting so hot. I wanna take my clothes off.
Milintica decided after hearing the Lord speak, that he would act as he always acted. He wasn't a slob, nor a perfectionist. Not a saint, but not quite yet a sinner. He was in between, and that was his idea of a sturdy equine. Off in the distance, it was audible something was advancing. Soon a patron came into view at a walk.
The Zunden stag looked at the first brute as he came over. He looked, and acted how a Fire horse would act. Milintica knew that at this point he had no authority, but Cynnau looked like he could add to the force of the herd. Milintica nodded to him in silent welcoming.
Next in line was a masculine looking sable stud. From afar he looked like something of "normal" blood. He's come to play, has he? We should be able to show him a good time, he thought cruelly. Although his thoughts took a different turn at the sight of his flame-licked socks. The hessian listened to what the unknown stag had to say. Milintica looked over to Aiden and waited for his reply.

Aiden The Last Fire Lord
Aiden was pleased that more mebers were coming into the herd. He glanced around at the remaining members to their reactions to Cynnau coming into the herd. They seemed to be pleased, and Milintica seemed to be studying the new brute as if trying to figure how he could help the herd. Aiden mentally noted this for future reference. He also saw Milintica had greeted Cynnau when he first walked into the group, beforeasking to be accepted into the herd.
Aiden's auds flicked as he caught the scent of another new equine. He raised his crown a bit and saw an ebony stag coming into the group. Aiden mentally laughed. Did this scum really want to chance walking into the land and getting out alive? They'd show him. Aiden was just about to say something, when the stag halted next to Cynnau. Aiden then saw the crimson flamed socks the crept up his obsidian pillars.
The new stag introduced himself as Tewyn, Cynnau's twin brother. The looked nothing alike though. The only two things that may tell that they were twins was that they were exactly the same height, and they both had Welsh names.
Aiden's expression was stoic as Tewyn spoke on. He looked at the stag for a good two minutes before speaking. "Welcome to the herd Tewyn. Cynnau or any of the other herd members can bring you up to speed on what I have said during the meeting." With that aiden turned and began to wander off to patrol the land while pondering some things.

Vatra The femme noticed yet another equine making their way to the, obviously now-famous, fire herd. His gate was slowed to a walk as he passed by. Crania matched his greeting, dipping her massive skullary. Auds turned as Aiden's voice wrang out, deeper and more authoritative than the others. It seemed as if this stag had passed as well. It was fortunate no average horse had accidentally, or perhaps even purposely, wandered onto their growing territory. They would have been taken down in a flash. Thoughts of a fight had the vix's nares flaring, imagining ivories meeting flesh. Aiden took his leave, snapping her out of the visual. Her gaze flickered back to the small group that remained, two of them newcomers. Harks had not missed Aiden's statement that another of the group would inform the new brute of what Aiden had stated in the meeting. Turning around to walk back to the group again, Vatra raised her vocals, Pleasure to meet you Tewyn, I am Vatra, another member of the herd. Kissers pulled into a polite smile. Aiden is going to be choosing his ranks in the next couple of days; a duke position, two knight positions, and a lady to rule at his side. If you have any questions, you can come to any of us. She nodded, indicating she was finished.

Aithne The bitch from hell. The vixen listened silently to the others, her expression blank and emotionless. Her auds flicked occasionally upon her crown, and her gaze shifted around her, but she was unresponsive to what the other Zuden were bickering about. Though the sound of daggers crashing against the Earth caught her attenchion, and a fiery chestnut bastard apeared, followed shortly by another. Dragonsmoke shot out of her flaring nares, and her auds plastered to the crest of her neck. More Zuden?
It wasn't that she didn't want the herd to take over the isle, it was just that it was just too crowded for her taste, and that caused her te,per to flare much more easily than before. Her crown jerked up lightly and she glanced at Aiden, hoping to be dismissed soon. She didn't want to hang around the others for much longer. She turned to look at the new arrivals, studying their forms. The one called Cynnau, the first twin, had a muscular build and a fiery chestnut pelt with deep onyx pools. The black in them gave her an edge, made him seem like he was a demon to the bitch, ready to strike at anyone who stood in his path. He was easily more dominant than his brother, named Tewyn. The second twin was a bit less intimadating by apparently coming in last to his brother. He was eboney with flame-dipped pillars, a nice blend of color if Aithne should say so herself.
The bitch shook her onyx mane and snorted out a short burst of golden flame, though not big enough to much be noticed unless you were looking at the vixen. The stocky figured essa took a few steps back and turned herself, allowing any others to push their way forward to get a better look at the two new arrivals, for she had pushed herself into the middle of the gathered Zuden, but now she decided she'd rather be in the back. She glanced at all the gathered Zuden, auds still against her crest as she eyed them with golden, cold pools. She was just not in the mood for social time anymore.

La Fiamma di Bellezza We can fight our desire But when we start making fires We get ever so hot Whether we like it or not They say we can love who we trust But what is love without lust?
An attractive mare walked powerfully across the desolate landscape, her petite frame swaying slighting as her stride lengthened gracefully. Her fiery red pelt glistened in the harsh sunlight, sparkling onyx eyes scanning her surroundings with a care-less attitude: she feared nobody. Her unusual markings were highlighted as she flicked her coal black hooves out effortlessly, the flames on her legs stepping through the air with ease and a dark mane covering her elegantly arched neck. A fly landed on her glossy rump, and acting reflexively she flicked her streaked tail to move it, sparks erupting from the end and igniting a small patch of grass that blanketed the floor. Frowning she quickly stamped the small flame out, making the magma flowing under the ground shudder and pulse to the surface as if called. After the small interruption she continued to walk on, her footfalls almost silent as she glided along the soft grass-laden ground. Raising a velveteen maw to the humid air she inhaled deeply, equine scents rushing to her head. A snarl erupted from her clenched jaw, “They’d better be another Zunden.” She assumed they would be as she could scent the stench of burning ash. Still, she didn’t attempt to increase her speed and continued on in the direction of the scents in a relaxed walk.

Tewyn Because when I arrive I bring the fire Make you come alive I can take you higher What is this, forgot? I must now remind you Let It Rock
The ebony stag watched on as several more horses left, an another new mare wandered into the group. All of them seemed more Zunden then he did. He only looked atleast partially Zunden because of his four flame patterned, crimson socks that reached his hocks and knees. Other then that, he looked like a regular black stag.
He was just about to head off and explore the land, when he heard a vixen introduce herself to him as Vatra. She then began to explain to him what Aiden, their leader, had just gone over in the meeting he had missed by a few minutes. He bobbed his crown in thanks and said "Thank you Vatra." in a calm tone. For being a Zunden, Tewyn was surprisingly clam and mellow, that was unless he was in battle or getting rid of hlaf blooded filth. Tewyn looked to her again. Maybe she'd talk to him. He knew that many Zunden weren't social butterflies, but he seemed to be an exception on the breed. "So how long have you been a member of this herd Vatra?" he asked, curiously.
