ORPHEUS °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Orpheus watched the mare with interest as she seemed to flash between defiance to submission over and over again. A light chuckle left his maw at the mare’s internal struggle to obey or defy him. As she began to speak, the stag’s ears flickered high in the air, but towards the end of her sentence, the towers had fallen tight against his skull. “It was not really a choice whether you wanted to come or not, but it is always better if you comply. And, I call them as I see them,” he snarled. His eyes noted the cold look in her orbs, a challenging look. Just to spite her, he added, “wench.”
Turning away from the mare, Orpheus bobbed his head in the direction of Inferno. “Come on then,” he demanded, hooves pushing him through the forest and towards his charred regions. He kept his icy orbs towards the mare though, in case she decided to try and make a run for it or anything of the sort.°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° word-count;; [169]

The independent vix hated being told what to do. Fighting against her self control, she held her anger back. As much as you think you may be forcing me to come with you, it is my choice to come with you. Brow pulled together out of habit, yet she remaind calm, stance relaxed. The only sign of anger was her auds pinned against her crown. She knew he was only using the word to annoy her, but she wouldn't give him the satisfaction. Dial turned upwards, slightly arrogant in demeanor. She set off in the direction he was headed, occs keeping an eye out for his lands and her new home. There was a downside, she realized, to being forced into a herd. She would no longer be able to wander the lands unclaimed, having whatever stag she wished. She brushed the thought from her mind, resolving herself to the idea that she wouldn't give it up no matter what. That had been her life for the past few years after all. Orbs rolled slightly, feeling his gaze, assuming that he was watching her in case she should bolt. A chuckle bubbled up in her pipe, but she kept it down, a stoic expression painted on her facade. ORPHEUS °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Orpheus could feel his blood curdling with rage as the mare continued to think that she had the control in this situation. His ivories bore for a moment, but he kept them from lashing out at her. He would just continue walking; ignore the mare’s demeanor despite his urge to put her in her place. And, he was doing a great job, until he heard her chuckle. He had already been a burning ember from her actions and words, but she just kept adding fuel to the fire. He exploded – turning on a dime and lunging at the mare’s neck. If allowed by fate, he hoped to dig his ivories deep into the flesh on the underneath of Bess’s trunk. A snarl of his rage ripped through the air as he made his lunge, the wind around them turning into a chaotic mess; it hissed and swirled, forcing the trees to dance in his angered rage.°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° word-count; ; [156] ' O°C | | Oh, have you seen their filly? The tension rolling off both of them was enough to light the plains into a blaze. Suddenly he struck out at her, pearls digging deep into her muscled nape. The huntress screamed in rage, whipping back around. Her own maw sought his thick flesh, aching to draw chrimson as he had done to her. All of her self control had been lost now. Fury burned in her passionate orbs. Harks lay flat against her regal crown, pinned with force. She trembled from head to hoof, her hind legs kicking out madly behind her as she bucked. Kissers, once soft and tender pulled back in a sneer, baring the whites behind them. As far as she knew, there was a chance she wasn't pregnant, but an even greater chance that she was. Therefore, her instinct told her to protect her abdomen, but that was the last thing on her mind. All she desired was to put the stag through the same pain he'd caused her. ORPHEUS °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° The stag grunted as he felt the mare’s canine latch onto his own neck momentarily. A trickle of blood slithered from the wound, but it was not enough to deter the stag from attacking further. As she bucked wildly into the air, he took advantage of the situation, charging the mare. He hoped to catch her when she was only on two limbs so that she would lose balance and topple over. Every muscle pressed the stag forward, despite being slightly worn from their previous breeding session. He knew that the mare too was tired, so it would not have too much matter that he was as well. His mind was racing as he pushed his body into Bess’s, head held low with a well arched neck. The thoughts that filled him were of the three mares already in his land. He knew little of Desert Rose; he couldn’t say he knew too much of the others either though. However, he had formed an attachment that he detested to both Cheza and Windy. And, this mare, well, they had rather clashing personalities – when they were both aggressive and dominant, yet they clicked so well when they weren’t fighting. And, now, the mare he was charging was sure to be pregnant. Not even the thought of the stag’s possibly unborn foal in her womb could stop him from his charge. He would show her her place even if it jeopardized the foal.°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° word-count; ; [241] ' O°C | | I am glad you like her! I haven’t a clue who will end up being the heir, but I will play her if you want me too. But, if you really want to play her you can… either way! X)

Bess~ Life's a game but its not fair I break the rules so I don't care
Before her hind quarters had hit the ground again, she was tumbling backwards. The ground was hard and unforgiving beneath her as he backside landed squarely on the tough soil. A whoosh of air escaped from her lungs as she was caught off guard. Suddenly realizing that he had knocked her to the ground, she peered up at him, his figure upside down. Occs squinted in anger, though she fought no more. Gently rolling onto her belly, she moved slowly, but with determination. Pillars stretched, lifting her up to her full height once more. So this would be a love-hate relationship then, she decided. A piece of her felt strongly attached to the stag whose foal she would be carrying, and yet her defiant side shied away from him.
No doubt she would be bruised on her back tomorrow. Her already worn out bodice ached from so much exertion in one day. Though her wound had stopped bleeding, it still stung. Her posture displayed that she wouldn't resist any longer. Gaze was directed toward where they had been heading as she waited for him to begin their travel again. No more would she be fighting his demand for her to follow him into Inferno. For now, her dark side would be locked in a cage in the back of her mind. Features softened and she nodded for him to proceed. She was tired, and eager to get to her new home now.
//ooc: okay, that's fine. i'll play her then. So I keep doin' my own thing Walkin' tall against the rain

When the mare gave in, Orpheus still looked as if he was ready to continue his onslaught. He stood still though, body trembling with each breath as rage continued to course through him. The stag grinded his teeth together, and swallowed down the foul words he wished to cast at the mare. Turning around, he bobbed his head as well and then headed for his lands. There was an overwhelming silence as they made their journey, and Orpheus made no attempt to remedy that. He figured he would have the better chance at controlling his temper if no words were spoken. The journey was fairly long, crossing the path of abundant lands, but they finally made to his lands, Inferno su Terra.
OoC|| Okay! You can post in Inferno -- there is an already going thread with Dez there that you can post in if you would like. I will post in it later tonight, myself.
