Nyfrio Breed Information

Most of the Nyfrio herd has been residing in multiple areas of the far north and east. Their crumbling empire led most to go into hiding. Those that remained in the open were slaughtered. Unable to gain access to their santucary, Annaffiare Il Rifugio, they stayed hidden for decades. With the rise of the Fire Herd, it was decided that they would take the land back and once more involve themselves in the fate of the world. Royal and Bess must lead the next generation in the battle that will decide who comes out on top, and who will rule over Isola Dei Dei. Being the oldest of the twins, Royal is the one who inherited the lands from his father. Their mother however, was not a Nyfrio, she was an average equine, born with Appaloosa and New Forest Pony blood lines. This has not diminished thier powers whatsoever, though. If anything it has only made them stronger.
Average Height:
Mares - 14.2hh - 15.2hh
Stags - 15hh - 16hhh

Personality:
The Nyfrio are, for the most part, a calm and mellow breed. However, on occassion their tempers will flare. They aren't one to pick a fight, but will attack if they are provoked by another. The herd is very emotionally connected, making secrets hard to keep. Nyfrio are spirited and fun-loving by nature, but their past can alter the personality to the point where they are cold and distant. They were once a neutral herd, but were taken over by a Nyfrio who had turned to the dark side and have since been a dark breed fro the past four or five centuries.
Powers:
The Nyfrio horses have the power to manipulate and control the element water. They can do anything from creating a raging storm in the middle of a sunny day to clearing it up again. They can move water, pull it up from the middle of the earth, and freeze or melt it.
Coat Colours:
Range anywhere from the palest of blues to the darkest. Also, some are known to hae the colors of regular horses (chestnut, bay, palomino, white etc.)
Mane + Tail Colours:
Same as coat colors above.
Markings:
Their coats only come in brindle, paint and appaloosa patterns. As for their markings they can have any number of swirls, flecks, splashes, spots or patterns related to water (water droplets, etc). Manes and tails may only be on colour, but the mane may be one colour and the tail another.
Marking Colours:
Ranges from white to dark blue along with standard horse marking colors as well.
Eye Colours:
All colors are fair game.
Hoof Colours:
Anywhere from black to white and chestnut to striped.
