Torchwood
Torchwood emained quiet during the meeting, attempting to keep Char occupied so she wouldn't end up interrupting her mother. The newest member of the herd, Poet, had mad it to the meeting. Torchwood was glad to see her attened. At fisrt he wasn;t so sure about how reliable she coul be, but his doubts were gone now. Destiny, the large warior vixen, had slowly made her way as well, arriving after Poet.
His optics scanned the meeting all were here. That was a good thing. He was looking at Char, but was hearing every wod that Fiana had to say. Appearantly there was some trouble between Terra Delle Liberta and a new land that he didn't know the name of. Fiana told all the wariors, except for Phantom, to go and help out. What could be wrong? It obvisouly wasn't too important, but important enough that warriors may be needed.
The meeting went on and at one point Fiana called Phantom to her. Torchwood, being near Fiana and Char, heard what was being said to his cousin. Fiana had told her that she was next in line to breed if she wanted too. Torchwood wasn't to sure on how she would react to that. Phantom had always been a loner, a do it yourself type of horse. orchwood couldn't really see her with a foal. Yes, she had responisibility, but she was affraid of growing too close to some one or some thing. Torchwood just couldn't see it happening. But then again, who was he to judge Phantom?
A while later, Anil, Memphis and Destiny returned from helping out Lassan and his herd. Torchwood would have to ask one of the warriors what had happened. As they returned, Anil took his spot next to Phantom and asked her something Tochwood figured that he wanted to know what they had missed when they had been away helping Lassan. "Anil." Torchwood said, attempting to get the warrior's attention. "What happened with Lassan and his herd?" he asked curiously.
Phantom
The ghostly warrior watched as Poet, hte new mare, made it to the meeting. Following closely behind was Destiny. A raven then came into the scene, telling Fiana that there was trouble between one of the mare's in Lassan's herd in a newly claimed land. Phantom was ready to go and looked to her leader. Fiana then told Anil, Memphis and Destiny to go. Phantom looked slightly puzzled and watched them go. Hopefully she wasn't missing too much action.
Phantom's audits flicked as Fiana called her over. "Yes?" Phantom asked. Fiana then said that since she and Torchwood had had a foal, Phantom was now allowed if she wanted ot. "Thank you m'lady." she quietly as she returned to her spot.
A foal. Phantom made and odd face at the thought of it. She just wasn;t ready for that. Sure she could take on a few horses and time and probably beat them withou a glint of fear or panic. But a foal?! The thought of her having one brought fear and panic to her. More importantly she didn't want to get close to it and then watch it die young in some horrible way. She had seen enough death of the young, old, and even the healthy. She just didn't want that. She had lost ohers that were close to her in war. That was when she didlet others get close though. Phantom sighed and tried ot listened to the rest of the meting with out thinking about it.
Some time later, Nemphis, Destiny and Anil came back. Anil took his spot back next to Phantom. She glanced to him when he asked what he missed. "Nothing." she said. "What did I miss?" she asked in return, her chocolate optics glancing at him.
