Champagne
Alone she grazed. Near the eastern end of the valley. She was no used to being alone. She was used to company. From other horses and of man. But here she was alone. She had woken here. Alone. Confused and scared. But after the sun had completely risen and she had left the beach, she had calmed down. Now, here in the valley she grazed.
Her lines were that of fine breeds, though a cross between two pures she was still a well made and pretty thing. Her coat was like melted chocolate. A smooth velvet coating over her well defined muscles. Falling gracefully down her neck was long golden silk. Fine and soft it danced in the wind and glittered like spun gold.
A small sound attracted the mare's attention enough to make her raise her head. Standing stock still the mare looked about her with dark brown eyes. Blinking with long lashes at the sunlight, the mare relaxed quicklyand returned to the green stalks. Having been a tame horse, her senses were not as sharp as they would be if she had been raised wild.

Itasca approached the lone figure with ease. Her confident stride left her paces from the vixen. She bobbed her head to show respect. She was no brute. Let's make that clear. But she did have land of her own. A place where you can call home. No one liked being alone. It was very unsafe to roam around these lands unprotected. Hello Mistress. A little chilly to be wandering around alone. I may rush you on this, but would Want to stay at Terra Bi Bello. Only a few brutes there. I am Queen. She hated to be vague. That was not her, but she had to get back to her land and protect it from danger especially her herd. Even though there are no brutes, she took the job as the protector.
