A deep stallion's call echoed over the Land of the Sun. His neigh was demanding his herd presence. He wished to speak with them and needed them here.
Standing by the only trees in the land, the appaloosa Leader awaited his mares appearance. He stood stock still, deep in thought. Around him, the grass seemed to thicken and grown taller. Without thinking about it, Teap's magic was effected the grass about him. Even his marking, a bright purple, shimmered brightly from his shoulder.
What did the mares think of this war?

Batalla was calmly grazing when she heard the call of Teap. She lifted her dainty skull and broke into a jog in his direction. She had been told by a sparrow named Hailey about the war going on. She spoke with this bird often when she was alone, since the other herd members seemed to be no where to be found when Batalla was looking for some one to talk to. She had grown to trust this sparrow. She had yet to even began to really trust Teap, due to her past life, that she kept trying to forget.
She slowed to a walk when she finally saw her leader up a few meters. She halted and said "What is it Teap?"

The star spangled vixen had been browsing the grazing land by the river, when the sound of her mate's call filled the air. She knew he was calling a meeting and quickly cantered to where Teap was. When she arrived, she saw that Batalla had already arrived. Jupiter flashed a smile at Batalla and then at Teap. "What is this about?" she asked Teap as she made her way to his side.

Teap gave a low wicker to his grey, Batalla. He was glad to see her arrive so quickly. He was not upset to see her stop so far away. He had started to become aware of her distrust, though unsure as to why, he was not going to push her. She would come to him when she was ready. He heard the hoof beats of another and looked up to see his goddess heading towards them. He smiled at her, happy to see her as he always was. He was wondering where Cernah was. He didn't want her to be left out. Still, he didnt want to keep these two waiting.
"I am glad you are here. I wish to know of your feelings on this war. I myself would rather not get into to. I have seen the aftermath of one war and I don't wish to see another. Though, I believe we may just have to..." He frowned. He looked from mare to mare, hoping for some input from then. He wasn't sure where his herd stood in the war.

The matron's skull was lifted immediately, hearing an urgent call from her Leader. She finished chewing the greenery in her kissers, and set off towards the sound. It seemed to be some sort of Herd Meeting. She would get to see everyone, which would be nice.
Scents grew stronger, and quickened. Rounding a large bend, the essa slowed to a trot, then a walk, as the other herd members appeared. Cernah gave a nicker in greeting, and tossed her head. She was late. The blue roan took her stance beside Batalla, and listened to the last of Teap's words. War. Those three letters put together, mean't something horrendous. We were planning our strategy in this unwelcome event, and we would need to do it precisly.
